The best place for touring various places of Uttarakhand and its historical background of 160 years.

The course is well-established by professors. It includes practical marks, tutorial marks, and exam marks. other than course subjects IITs offered you electives courses that can be either from the same department or from other departments as minor courses.

Actually, the college provides research internships under various professors. For other profiles, Students have to get them on their own.

Placement is very good at IITs with a good average package. Although it varies from department to department. Actually, students have many options after their Btech some go for MS for Foreign, some go for IAS, some go for IES and most of the students go for Jobs

We have events almost every week. we have Thomso(cultural fest) with 2500 participants from other colleges, cognizance(Technical fest) with 2000 participants from other colleges, Sangram( sports fest) and Shristi(hobbies clubs), Bhawan Days(hostel), Tedx Talk and Guest Lectures by various visiting prof.

The fee is too feasible(low) according to the facilities that are provided by IIT because the government is spending too much on IITs. The fee includes 45000 tuition fees,12000 mess fees, 3000 gym fees, 500 internet fees, 500 electricity, and some other fees with a sum of 68,800 per semester.

Collage provides MCM(Merit Cum Mean) under which students whose parental income is under 4.5 lakhs don't have to pay tuition fee. There are some scholarships by alums.

IIT Roorkee provides a free hostel with one of the fastest Internet speeds in the country, that one can enjoy in a hostel room. Also, we have 24 hr electricity. Since we have to pay only 12k per semester for the mess, so, mess food is not up to that level.

Just pursue various fields till the second year and from the third-year focus only on one field. Don't lower your grade, CG matters.

we have an exam two times in one semester, first, we have midterms and end terms. Midterms get over within 3 days and End terms get over within 6 days which made exams very chill at IITR. And you can score very grades with just 4-5 days of study before exams which most students used to do.

First Cleared Jee Advance, then you have to fill choices that you want to pursue. Choices include various fields at various IITs. Then IIT provides you with the best option according to your choice and your rank. Then have to appear at the IIT at which you get admission.

IITs provide you with the best faculties in the country. If you really want to learn, you learn so much from professors that you can't learn anywhere. All have resumes of above 25 pages and have a Ph.D. from a top university. Many prof. were students of IITs only.
