Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is like the other colleges (private or NITs) there is no such difference. They also offer specialization in BTech CSE like specialization in AI & ML, cloud computing, robot building & AI etc. Like other colleges, some of the faculties are good at teaching and some are not but you somehow manage to study from other sources to score well in exams(passing the exams is easy). Some of them also provide pdf notes so we don't have to worry about notes as well. The student ratio is about 4:1 in a class. Some of the faculties are from IITs, IIITs etc. and some of them have done their BTech or MTech from the graphic era itself. The term exams happen timely and the exams are not difficult as well.
Internships Opportunities
Many of the students get internship in big companies like Amazon, adode etc. Recently about 40 students got internships on amazon from our university. Students here are hard-working, so if you make a good friend circle and study hard you will easily get an internship in big companies.
Placement Experience
Companies like Amazon, Adobe, Accenture etc. visit the campus. Almost every student who studies hard can easily get placed. The highest package offered is about 55 lakh(last year) and the average package is around 5 lakh.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees here are not too much as compared to other private colleges, because of the scholarships they provide. The scholarship is based on the 10th and 12th marks, residents of hilly areas, referral of siblings, parents are army personnel etc. For the core branch, the fees will be around 8 lakhs for 4 years (excluding hostel fees). For specialization, there is an additional 30,000 fee per semester.
Campus Life
The annual fest (grafest) is conducted on campus, some celebrities also come to the fest. Events like Tedx, tech-fest etc. often take place in the college. The library is also fine, you can issue the books anytime and can return them at the end of the semester. Classrooms are not that good. Sports facilities are not good according to the number of students, there is a number of students who want to play but not everyone gets to play because of lack of ground, sports equipment. The campus area is also very small. Some of the clubs in college are photography, entrepreneurship, NSS, NCC etc.
