Admission process is easy.They take admission on basis of JEE Mains or your 12th Board Numbers.We can find application form on their official site.Tgere are no reservation benefits.Everyone is treated same.Application form fees is around 1000 rupees.

Graphic Era is best known for its Computer Science and Engineering branch.There are approx 1000 students enrolled in this course per year.Faculty to student ratio is 1:60.Most of the Faculties are good.Students are taught on boards and sometimes using Projectors.Exams are taken twice per semester.

Class Size: 400Course Fees: INR 250000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Graphic Era offers its students various good internship opportunities.For girls the offer starts coming in second year only and for boys in third year Companies offer a good stipend too...But again the case is we have very high competition.

Placement Experience

Students get placed in good companies.We have good opportunities but yes the competition is too high.Most of the students get around 5-7 lakhs package.Highest package goes aroun 40 lakhs Companies like Amazon,Adobe come every year.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees get hiked every year.You also get a scholarship at time of admission but if you get a back in any semester the academic scholarship is cancelled for the next semester.We get great internship offers.

Campus Life

College life is good.At a short distance we have beautiful hills of mussorie.Haridwar and Roorkee are one to two hours from college.We have different groups in college like NCC, NSS ,ACM ,IEEE,etc.Tgere are sports equipments available ...There is space for Indoor games.There is a big gym too.Lots of books are available in libraries.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Best college of uttrakhand

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.
