Remarks

The first selection was through the MAT examination and the eligibility was above 60% of marks in graduation. The next step was done through PI and overall career marking. Due to the covid situation, the whole process was done online. On experiencing the interview for the first time, felt as if it all went smooth.

Course Curriculum Overview

Chose the PGDM course for further studies keeping in mind the growth of my career. The Institute also provides a dual specialisation option along with the certified course in digital marketing. The Faculty: student ratio is around 1:15, where the faculties are very professional and well experienced. The exams are on the basis of the trimester system and being a regular student, I would say that to date I haven't faced much of difficulties to pass the examination.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 310000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure for the batch 2021-23 was of Rs. 310000 which is reasonable for a professional course like PGDM. The Institute has also provided scholarships for students who have scored more than 60% in their prior careers. Was also provided with 2 months internship program at a well-reputated company named TALENT CORNER HR SERVICES where I got to learn a lot and was able to overcome my weaknesses.

Campus Life

Campus life at ODM Business School is very happening and satisfactory. All the festivals like Diwali, Holi, and Basant Panchami are being celebrated along with the competitions like best dressed in ethnic attire, food festival on the occasion of Holi, foundation day and all the national holidays were also being observed. Annual fest and study tour has been arranged in the coming time, convocation was also organised for the seniors. Movie clubs, sports clubs and many others are also a part of our life at the Institute.

Interview Experience

After getting selected in the first round, a personal interview round was conducted where I was been questioned on the subject I opted for the specialisation and on the stream, I had during my graduation. The Institute selects the students based on competitive exams like MAT and OJEE (written exams) in their first round itself.

As it is under biju pattanak university of technology, rourkela affiliated soo the course curriculum is from bput syllabus and this is the syllabus where is cover total the real word application. And course caruculm is very real to university.because of pratical and other course is based on real worlds this is good to choose.i will suggest the theory class and pratical class should be more improved.as this is a good and reputation college in Bhubaneswar soo the smarts board and 3d or 2d animation should be used in engineering department course.good time for study and research soo i will say this is moderate difficulty level

Placement Experience:

IMI offers 100% placements. Companies like SBI life , Kodak, Taj Hotels , Infosys come. In the first year we are given plenty of placement preparation training. We have a committee particularly dedicated towards it. Be it quant, reasoning, gd all are being taken care of.

Life at BGU

Placement Experience:

After the summer internship. The college started giving campus placement training and during the month of September, students got placement already. Companies like TATA AIG, Collegedunia, Federal Bank, Delloite, ADP, TCI, SIS, HDFC AMC. IDFC BANK. Practo, ADVARISK, AXIS BANK. Property pistol came and took a maximum of students. The highest package was offered by international companies like property pistol with 22 lac CTC and average being 5lacs. Mostly the profile was on sales and marketing. only a few fintech companies could recruit students. Till now around 96% of students are placed in different domains and already started working. I am fortunate enough to get placed in the FEDERAL bank with 10lac CTC and as a fresher joining such a big company will be extremely grateful to the college and its placement team. They personally look after students drawback by the feedback they get from the recruitment teams and suggest where to improve and give a number of opportunities to seat for the company.

Remarks:

All are good,but only fooding quality is below the level.And also it does not have any playground available to play outdoors games.only it have not a playground but this college have good class room,WiFi campus, Computer centre,canteen, language lab and hostel are there.

Entrance Preview:

I appeared for MAT (90 percentile) and CAT (80 percentile). I preferred this college as I heard a lot about this college from the alumni and checked the ratings too. The course structure is different than other colleges so I found it interesting. The college faculty is well experienced. The course is different from other colleges.
