Remarks
Admission is based on the JEE-Advance exam. Which is a national-level exam so you will get a form from the internet. Seat reservation is like 10% extra seat for EWS and Female students,30% for obc, and 18% for ST-SC.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because it is the future of the world industry. In our institute, we have a 4:1 ratio between faculty and student. All faculties are mostly Ph.D. holders from abroad. Basically, 4 exams are there per semester and they are very easy to pass.
Internships Opportunities
Internships are not that good on campus. Companies prefer only CSE, EEE, and ECE students for internships. In core departments, internships are very low. Only 30-40% batch get internships. I am in the 3rd semester so I don't have a project till now.
Placement Experience
From the 4th semester, you will get a chance to sit in internship and from the 6th semester you will get a chance to sit in placement. Nearly 300 companies visited last year for placement, like Microsoft, amazon, adobe, etc. The average placement of the overall college is 16 lakhs, highest one was 2.04 crore. Nearly 80% of batches get placed. My plan after getting a degree is a startup.
Fees and Financial Aid
The total cost of 4 year's course is 12 lakhs. But if you are EWS and OBC student then you will get 66% off and if you are from ST-SC you will get 100% off. In this institute, placement is very good with an average of 16 lakhs.
Campus Life
Alcheringa (January)is our annual fest, last year 3 lakh people visited this. The technique (September) is our tech fest. We have one central library which is very huge. Around 2.5 lakh books are there. Classrooms are big and technically advanced. Equipped with mic, projector, and benches with steps in class. In sports facilities, we have 1 swimming pool,11 basketball courts, 1 athletic ground and many more. We have clubs for literally everything like finance club, fine arts club , robotics club, electronic club, coding club, etc.
