Remarks

There was not any entrance exam. The admission was based on your board results of 75%+ for BTech CSE. And at that time it was at 80th position in India now it jumped to 65th So if you are thinking for studies nearby must visit

Course Curriculum Overview

I just wanted to be an engineer. That's I opted for this course and my interest was always in these fields. Teaching here is great and the faculty is very supportive they will help you always just ask for help.

Internships Opportunities

You just have to be active in all the groups after 2nd year you will get hell lots of opportunities and you shud try on LinkedIn and other websites also off-campus intership offers you more stipends and might be better.

Placement Experience

Placement is very good but it depends on the student of college can only make companies visit and average placement is also good it always goes to 5--7L per annum and highest package is always around 50L.

A scholarship is based on your marks and to maintain that scholarship you need to score at least 70% every year to secure your scholarship. Well the fees are quite high compared to other colleges but it worths

Life at the campus is beautiful due to the weather of Dehradun though the campus is not very big like Chandigarh University or LPU it's good and in a good place. There are many extracurricular activities and a good library.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is awesome as compared to other colleges and the meal is okayish but at least you can eat it's not that bad but truly not that good and you can try PG but the hostel is good. You get people from our course who can help you with exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Best college of uttrakhand

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.
