Remarks
I took JEE Mains 2018, and after that application and everything was done through JOSAA. Every procedure here was smooth and fluid. We had to go through a few steps before getting admitted into college. Seat allocation was also done through JOSAA, I had to reach to the nearest NIT/IIT for further procedures. Once I locked my seat, the admission process began which included document verification and all.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is well structured and faculty are really helpful. It was designed to meet the modern requirement sought from an engineer. We had 8 semesters and each semester was filled with theory and practical's as well as other necessary courses.
Internships Opportunities
Companies visited for internship opportunity but they were mainly for CS/IT. For students who didn't get internship college provided us internship under professors of respective departments as well. It was really nice.
Placement Experience
The placement scenario was nice this year, and in recent years it's getting better and better. This year alone average salary increased significantly and several students who got offers also doubled. The placement procedure is also smooth and the training and placement cell are really helpful and well organized.
Fees and Financial Aid
College didn't hike its fees. cost to study was nominal and affordable. Scholarships, financial assistance, and everything were easily available. One can avail them after proper document verification. Campus placement was also good and it's improving every year. Many reputed companies are joining the placement spectrum each year.
Campus Life
Life at college is pretty amazing and full of rich experiences. we had many clubs ranging from technical to cultural each with its unique characteristics. Every day was filled with amazing tasks and activities after academic hours. Clubs regularly participated in events outside of college so it can be an amazing opportunity to know about other colleges and learn from them as well. the campus is small but it's beside the ghat of Ganga so it is worth it.
