Remarks

The college admission is completely merit-based based on JEE mains all India process. Some improvement is required in the online admission process. We can get admission through JOSAA and CSAB. Anyone with an income certificate less than 8 lakhs per annum could get a fee waiver.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I was much interested in machine working and its design. Faculties are available for every subject specialized. Faculty to student ratio is 1:10. Faculties are all Ph.D. holders. Exams occur twice every semester and checking is also strict.

Placement Experience

From 6th semester the students become eligible for campus placement . A number of companies both core and IT companies is visiting campus, companies like amazon, flipkart ,Zomato, google are coming . Highest package went for 1.6 crores per annum this year and also average package went for 12 lakhs per annum. Almost 87% in core and 100% in non core are getting placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is a hike in the fees from 2018 onwards. The cost to study is Rs 125000 which is tuition fees but students with a family income of less than Rs 100000 per annum get a full waiver in tuition fees. There is an active placement cell in the college guiding students about different job opportunities available.

Campus Life

Corona and mileage are two famous annual fests occurring every year on the college campus. Besides, the offline books the library also gives access to online books and journals. Almost every sports activity both indoor and outdoor are available with proper sports equipment. There are technical and nontechnical clubs running actively on campus.

Hostel Facilities

All the rooms are non ac . There are different hostels for 1st year students . Strict menu is followed and the quality of food is good but some improvement can be done in the varieties of food included in the menu. Link is provided in the mail or we can pay through qfix link for the hostel and mess. The locality is quite crowded ,easy access of pg can be found.

Placements at NIT Patna Are good for cs e The students become eligible from 7th semester Average place fields is around 13 to 14 lpa Eld highest goes to 40 Around 85 to 95 Percent students get placed I plan to become a software developer after graduation

Motihari Engineering College in my Point Of View

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are eligible to seat and apply for campus placements . Eligiblity criteria depends on companies but if you have 7 CGPA ir more than that then you don't need to worry . Companies like Godrej, ACC,CDAC, BHEL, Infosys, WIPRO ,TCS etc. visited our college for campus placements. Highest package from our college is around 13 Lakh Per Annum and average placement is 3 to 4 Lakh Per Annum Its totally depends upon companies and their job profiles. There are almost 60 to 70 percentage student got placement ( In upper branches like CSE& AI percentage is slightly high otherwise it is quite low for civil and our branches) My plans after getting a degree that is I have to go for M.Tech from any IITs of India I am preparing hard for that.

The placement of this collage are not as good as it should have to be. Students gets as the average packlagge of around 4 to 5 lakh per annum. Branches like cse and ai also didnot get placements as it should have to be.Students depends on government vaccancies and offline placements like rozgar mela etc to got job. government should have to focus on these.

Genuine Review of Motihari Engineering College

Placement Experience:

From 6th semster you are eligible to sit in campus placement . There is companies like Infosys , TCS , De Walls Ads , Wipro, Congnizent, ACC visited our college for campus placements . They have limited offers with limited packages also they have some eligiblity criterias like students should have CGPA above than 7.5 . Highest package offered in our college is 13 LPA per annum by TCS for a CSE student and Average package is around 3.5 to 4 lakh per annum. There is highest placements in branches like CSE ,EEE andCIVIL. Other branches got less offeres. Totally 50 to 60 percentage students got placements from our college because majority lower branch students are preparing for government exams like SSC , UPSC, BPSC , DAROGA and GATE. My plans after getting the degree to go for highes studies (M.TECH) .

Motihari Engineering College in my Point Of Views

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There is companies like Wipro , Infosys, ACC, Copegimini, Congnizent, TCS visited our college for campus placements. There is very less number of offers given by companies and also there is almost negligible offers for Lower branches(like Mechanical and Civil) . There is highest 12.4 lakh per annum for a CSE student given by TCS and average salary of 4 LPA . There is only 50 to 60 percent students got placements in which majority are from CSE , CSE-AI , and EEE branches. My plans after getting the degree is doing M.tech from any reputed Colleges of India like some NITs or IITs depending to my Gate Score.

Placement Experience:

From 7 th semester students become eligible for cmpus placements . Thera are a few companies like HCL, TCS, Wipro, Infosys , Cisco ,Figma ,ACC and so on visited our college for campus placement but limited offers . Percentage of placements is arround 60 % which is very low but students are trying there best . Higher package was 12.4 LPA by Infosys as SDE and avrage package of 4 LPA. My plans are not taking plaement , I am preparing for gate 2027 .

Placement Experience:

The placement is not so good but if you work hard about study then you will be selected for campus placement. Many companies visit here. 40 percentage students approx get placement. I have to clear competitive exams after it.

Remarks:

Positive:- Very Good college and working very hard to become one of best college of Bihar. Negative:- Very few faculty of civil engineering in our College, the lab facility for 3rd and 4th year student is not available at all.

I choose an NIT patna Mainly because of its nit tag Decent placement record and affordability compared to private college. I had Also applied To a few other IIT Triple I I bought options in lower branch it is slightly Better late and similar budget in new nit. IT do not get to an empty slide 3G Surat Karan Warangal due to my jee main rank. So I choose the best available options based on my rank. I don't choose this college I have taken jossa counselling and by my rank I go to this collage And this is also a good colleges Note a bad thing. i have applied for other collays also like nit trichy nit jaipur and many more colleges but due to my rank differences I do not go to these colleges.
