Remarks

Admission to the college is completely based on jee ranks. The application form is available on its official site. Reservations are given to SC/ST and PWD candidates. Also, a fee waiver is provided on the basis of per year income. some improvement is required in the online admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview

I opt for this course because I have a great interest in machines and their working, Design of automobiles. faculty to student ratio can be estimated to 1:10.Faculties are well qualified with Ph.D. degrees. four exams are conducted every year that is two mid sems and two end sems and the schedule is followed quite strictly.

Class Size: 140Course Fees: INR 125000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The internship opportunity is also the same as the placement record. Some students got internship opportunities and some don't. Some students also got internships in big companies like amazon and in also core companies.

Placement Experience

For it branches like cse and ece placement is 100% but for other branches placement is not so good. If there is no placement for other branches then cse and ece student prepares for gate exam and off-campus jobs.

Fees and Financial Aid

Total fees in the academic are 125000 and hostel and mess fees are 48000 per annum. There is a hike in the fee structure from the year 2018. Scholarships are not there but a fee waiver can be guaranteed on the basis of family income less than 500000 for all candidates can be assured.

Campus Life

Corona and milange are two fests celebrated every year . Books of all kinds can be found in the central library. All types of sports activities both outdoor and indoor with proper equipment are there. Different clubs both tech. and non-tech. the club is there.

Placements at NIT Patna Are good for cs e The students become eligible from 7th semester Average place fields is around 13 to 14 lpa Eld highest goes to 40 Around 85 to 95 Percent students get placed I plan to become a software developer after graduation

Motihari Engineering College in my Point Of View

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are eligible to seat and apply for campus placements . Eligiblity criteria depends on companies but if you have 7 CGPA ir more than that then you don't need to worry . Companies like Godrej, ACC,CDAC, BHEL, Infosys, WIPRO ,TCS etc. visited our college for campus placements. Highest package from our college is around 13 Lakh Per Annum and average placement is 3 to 4 Lakh Per Annum Its totally depends upon companies and their job profiles. There are almost 60 to 70 percentage student got placement ( In upper branches like CSE& AI percentage is slightly high otherwise it is quite low for civil and our branches) My plans after getting a degree that is I have to go for M.Tech from any IITs of India I am preparing hard for that.

The placement of this collage are not as good as it should have to be. Students gets as the average packlagge of around 4 to 5 lakh per annum. Branches like cse and ai also didnot get placements as it should have to be.Students depends on government vaccancies and offline placements like rozgar mela etc to got job. government should have to focus on these.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semster you are eligible to sit in campus placement . There is companies like Infosys , TCS , De Walls Ads , Wipro, Congnizent, ACC visited our college for campus placements . They have limited offers with limited packages also they have some eligiblity criterias like students should have CGPA above than 7.5 . Highest package offered in our college is 13 LPA per annum by TCS for a CSE student and Average package is around 3.5 to 4 lakh per annum. There is highest placements in branches like CSE ,EEE andCIVIL. Other branches got less offeres. Totally 50 to 60 percentage students got placements from our college because majority lower branch students are preparing for government exams like SSC , UPSC, BPSC , DAROGA and GATE. My plans after getting the degree to go for highes studies (M.TECH) .

Motihari Engineering College in my Point Of Views

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There is companies like Wipro , Infosys, ACC, Copegimini, Congnizent, TCS visited our college for campus placements. There is very less number of offers given by companies and also there is almost negligible offers for Lower branches(like Mechanical and Civil) . There is highest 12.4 lakh per annum for a CSE student given by TCS and average salary of 4 LPA . There is only 50 to 60 percent students got placements in which majority are from CSE , CSE-AI , and EEE branches. My plans after getting the degree is doing M.tech from any reputed Colleges of India like some NITs or IITs depending to my Gate Score.

Placement Experience:

From 7 th semester students become eligible for cmpus placements . Thera are a few companies like HCL, TCS, Wipro, Infosys , Cisco ,Figma ,ACC and so on visited our college for campus placement but limited offers . Percentage of placements is arround 60 % which is very low but students are trying there best . Higher package was 12.4 LPA by Infosys as SDE and avrage package of 4 LPA. My plans are not taking plaement , I am preparing for gate 2027 .

Positive:- Very Good college and working very hard to become one of best college of Bihar. Negative:- Very few faculty of civil engineering in our College, the lab facility for 3rd and 4th year student is not available at all.

I choose an NIT patna Mainly because of its nit tag Decent placement record and affordability compared to private college. I had Also applied To a few other IIT Triple I I bought options in lower branch it is slightly Better late and similar budget in new nit. IT do not get to an empty slide 3G Surat Karan Warangal due to my jee main rank. So I choose the best available options based on my rank.
