Remarks
When I got admission (2020) to this course there was a merit-based criterion only. Eligibility was just to have the required subjects combination for applying for the course and need to qualify the cutoff for the same these forms are out on the official website of DU ( du.ac.in) and this form has around 500 application fee.
Course Curriculum Overview
All the faculty members are well qualified all of them are Ph.D. holders and have interactive teaching techniques. As far as course and curriculum is concerned this course consists of 6th semesters each of around 5-6 months long and by the end of each semester exams are conducted.
Internships Opportunities
there are a no. of research and paid internships offered by colleges and companies ( like Accenture) with stipend of around 8-10k per month the internship provided by colleges are mainly research oriented under different projects ( like DBT Star).
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee for the course is 20045 per year in total 60135 for this 3-year course and apart from this a number of scholarships are offered by the college to meritorious students and paid internships are also available for interested students.
Campus Life
Campus life is quite decent, students from all over India come which leads to a filthy rich experience of social interactions, and there is an annual college fest named 'MECCA', apart from there are many college societies which frequently conduct various events at their own level. The Library of college has a huge collection of books and still under construction and enhancement, inter department sports meets are also conducted in Dec-Jan months and there are many official social media handles run by the students like DU buzz , DU media e.t.c
