First, I filled out the admission form including details of my schooling and marks. A test was taken by the university followed by an interview. Anyone can find the application form on the official website of the university.
Course Curriculum Overview
First, I chose this course because of the interest I developed in coding during high school. The faculty-student ratio is approx 30:70. Faculties are well qualified with great experience in their particular field. Exams are held two times per semester, mid sem and end sem and it was not quite difficult to pass as if you know the syllabus.
Internships Opportunities
Companies like AICTE, Paloalto, and Celonis, offer internships that offer roles in cyber security, data analytics, cloud computing, robotics, etc. You have to complete the basic training in the particular fields and then selected students to get internships.
Placement Experience
Students are eligible for campus placement after entering the 4th year. Several companies have visited the college according to toy seniors like Infosys and. Since I am in 3rd year I don't have much knowledge about companies. The highest placement was 24LPA and the average is around 5LPA Profiles were generally web developers, app developers, data scientists, etc. Almost 70 percent of students get placed. I am planning to get a data science job in my respective field.
Fees and Financial Aid
The particular course takes 175000 per year. I think the fees are a little bit high according to the infrastructure and faculties and all. There is no such scholarship test. You just need a certain mark in your subject in high school to get admitted.
Campus Life
The events take place regularly organized by different departments present in the college. Annual fest, convocation, freshers, Farwell, etc. There is a big library with a variety of books present there and a place to study with some poor wifi connection. There is a big classroom of almost more than 60 students capacity. Sports events are also held regularly. There is a pool, table tennis, chess, carrom, badminton, volleyball, basketball, lawn tennis courts, etc. There is the Computer Society of India(CSI), e-yantra society, etc.
