The admission process is super easy. You are required to be active throughout the admission process regarding any updates. The whole admission process was centralized through the DU UG admission portal, which makes it easy to take admission into your desired college. The admission criteria in 2019 were only merit-based admission but now it is fully through CUET for all UG courses offered by all the colleges Under Delhi University. You can apply for multiple courses and choose multiple colleges only through a single test ie. CUET.

As I wanted to do a specialization in Geography, for which I find a BA Hons. Geography is a most suitable course. The faculty at SBSC is very supportive and academically proficient in their respective fields, each one of them has completed their Ph.D. Some of them are in the post of Associate professors as well as heads of different committees of the University. Even Geography being a social science subject, B.A Hons. Geography is a scoring course. The practicality of the subject makes it more comprehensive and interesting for someone who wants to learn something along with its application and explore nature. Field visits in the 2nd and 3rd years are total fun.

The fee structure is quite affordable compared to other universities in every college of Delhi University. Though college provides financial assistance to EWS students and semester-wise scholarships to toppers in the form of stipends.

SBSC is one of the best colleges on the South Campus at Delhi University when it comes to socio-cultural life. Some of the best societies of SBSC: Spardha is the best dance society of Delhi University as a whole. Promethean the art society. There is a lot more to explore with other societies like Dramatic, Debating, photography, quizzing, etc.
