Remarks
First of all, you have to clear jee mains and after that jee adv. The cutoff for jee mains is nearby 80/300 and for jee adv. The cutoff is nearly 30% to get an IIT. After that, we have to select our college according to our score in jee adv. And then accordingly you will get a seat.
Course Curriculum Overview
There are weekly or monthly quizzes. Apart from that, we have two main exams one is a mid-term examination and another ends term examination. and both of them are extremely hard but it is easy to pass because everyone in your batch is going to appear for the same exam so by relative grading you can score well.
Fees and Financial Aid
We get various scholarships and awards which help students financially. If your family income is less than 5Lac per annum then 2/3rd of the tuition fee would be awarded as a scholarship. And if you are able to manage your cgpa above 7.5 then that remaining 1/3rd would be also free.
Campus Life
There are many clubs and groups which are founded and managed by students only. like Thomson (the biggest college fest of North India), cognizance ( one of the biggest tech. Fest of India), mdg, SDS labs, NSS etc.
Hostel Facilities
The locality is quite peaceful and good. But IITR. Provides you with hostels so you can get a room on the campus itself and hostels have every facility like a gym, tv room etc. You don't have to find a pg or room outside the campus.
