Going to good colleges will decide your future. A good college will be having good infrastructure facilities good faculty super classes etc. So try to go to college having a good placement. And you will be great in success.

Course Curriculum Overview

Computer science has a high chance of opportunities. 1 faculty for 50 students. Faculties are Ph.D. in their subjects. Exams are all done according to ktu, time schedule. Computer science has high scope. Faculties are friendly.

From 2nd year students are eligible for campus placements. Campus placements classes are also there. Google, Infosys, technopark, TCS, etc are the companies visited, and lots of offers were made to about 70% of students getting placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

About 1 lakh is needed for each year. College fees, administration fees, exam fees, etc are included in this. For the general category, no scholarship is to be needed. Good jobs got on campus with a stipend when you have a high cgpa.

ADVAY is our annual fest in college which is conducted once a year. Also, tech fests, college-level awareness classes, and several tech fests are also there. Lots of books and journals are there in the library.

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Is engineering here worth it?

Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
