Remarks

For the BTech CSE course, you must have PCM in your 12th. You can apply for an application on the Graphic era website itself or you can apply on its campus there is one office too in Nainital road Haldwani opposite Vishal mega mart. There is fees deduction for reserved caste or If you are from uttarakhand there is 25% off on tuition fees. Also 5% for defence ward and 10% for girls. No admission process is goood.

I opted for this course as I have an interest in computers and wanted a career in software engineering. There is 2 to 3 teacher for each subject who can handle all the student effortlessly. Most of the teachers are PhD graduates in their respective fields. There are 2 exams per semester mid-term and end-term. Difficulty level of exams is medium.

Amazon - software engineering abode - software engineer and many more companies offering the same lie TCS, Zee news, Wipro there is a project of app building which is prepared by students only which helps the institute

Placement Experience

Form 6th semester onwards. Amazon, Wipro, Tcs, abode, HSBC, zee news etc the highest package is 50 lakh per annum and the average is 6 to 7 lakh per annum 60 to 70 percent I will prepare for the placements in companies like amazon , microsoft.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are high and it is decreasing every year. I have got a scholarship based on my 12th marks. Only PCM marks are counted for the scholarship and you have to maintain that percentage in semester exams too if you wanted to maintain your scholarship

the fest is not that regular but there are some which are good. There are a lot of books in the library which you can issue but all the books are related to the course no other books are available like novels etc. Children in the classroom are friendly even seniors are friendly. there are always extracurricular activities going on in which you can participate in your own choice. there are lots of groups which is run by students like wecode, NCC nss etc

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

Responsive faculty and well managed curriculum to focus on specific areas of each students to make them better in the region of technolgy where they want to grow. mid level toughness with regular tests and end sem combining the internal and external practical exams.

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.

I applied for the graphic Era hill University Dehradun, which is one of the branch of our university but however the placement and curriculum was almost same that's why I choose the campus which is close and next to me. As of regections, I did not get rejection due to limited application for colleges. The admission is quite easy where you need to submit the documents like marksheet, medical certificate, transfer and migration certificate, and a sum of fee to get your confirmation on admission. My College Experience

I had to choose this college as I was very late for an admission and this college was providing me a seat even after 4 months of admission date. I didn't apply for any other college as I was preparing for JEE Mains and Advanced. I was not rejected from any other college, I just didn't scored enough to get an admission. For admission in my college, they simply ask you some questions (interview sort of) and tell you the fees structure and then you can opt easily for your desired course.
