Is joining AIT PUNE worth it?

We get this college on the marks and percentile achieved in JEE Mains. The application form is made available to all the students on the AIT Pune website, the application fee is 1000 Rs and the dates are approximately in April. Only the wards of army personnel are allowed to take admissions.

The main reason behind choosing this course in Computer Engineering is the placement of the college in this branch. The placement is outstanding for the computer and IT branches Highest package is 1 crore 16 lakh and the average is 18 lakh. The faculty-to-student ratio is. 1:60 which is good the facilities are very well educated Ph.D. done and many professors are still doing their Ph.D. There are 2 semesters in a year and we have internal exams and end the semester on time, we also have a practical exam where external comes to examine from the University.

The internship opportunity is provided to all students. Many companies do visit the campus for internships in the third year but we can apply for it in the second and the first years also. The companies such as Microsoft and Deutsche bank provide internship opportunities with a stipend of 1 lakh 25 thousand and 75 thousand respectively. Other companies which provide internships are credit sussise, cred, IND money, etc. We need to first clear the coding round then the project and HR round. Almost 50 percent of students get internships.

Especially for the Computer and IT branch, the placement is very good the highest placement in 2021 was 1 crore 16 lakh (international placement Amazon Dublin) and the domestic package was 60 lakh in uber, also the average placement for the computer Engineering branch was 18 lakh and the average for the college was 13 lakh. Many top MNCs visits to college like Google Microsoft Amazon etc approx of 113 companies visited our college The highest package this year is 52 lakh in cred. The placement is 99 percent for computer Engineering,98 for Information Technology 93 for Electronic and telecommunications, and 88 percent for mechanical engineering. I also want to get a good placement at a top MNC.

The fees of the college are a little bit high which is too much for army wards the annual fee of the college is 2lakh 98 thousand including the hostel and mess and for day scholars it is 2 lakh 13 thousand. But giving this much cost is worth it because the campus placement is just awesome in the computer and IT branch the placement is very good. Scholarships are provided to needy ones Like PMSS, ESSA, also the top 3 students of each class are provided with scholarship money The internship opportunities are also there many students got places in Microsoft as a mentee in 2nd year with a stipend of 1lakh 25 thousand per month and many in Deutsche bank with a stipend of 75 thousand about 50 percent of students get an internship second and third year.

There are various clubs and societies in our college which organize events and tech fests. The main fest which is conducted is Innerve hackathon, coding challenge, and pace sports event. We have one central library which has books for all departments also related to personal growth and development. The college organizes various types of sports events in a timely we also have 1 football ground, 2 basketball courts, 1 lawn tennis court, 2 badminton courts, 1 volleyball court, and 1 kabaddi court.

We have 6 hostels separate hostels are there for all the years girls are there in separate hostels boys are not allowed to go there and vice versa. Hostels are very well maintained and furnished. We have wardens allotted for hostels and if we want to stay in a hostel then fees for it is already added along with the other fees.
