Remarks

Eligibility of the course was 95 percent in the first cutoff. I was new to all the things related to college as this was my first year so I went to a website and got all the information there about the college the course and the percentages. yes, there were details of the reservation but as I belong to a non-reserved quota I don't get any of such benefits.no I don't think that the admission process was so difficult the only thing which we have to be patient while filling it out.

As I have said earlier I am very interested in history and political science I was fond of history so I decided to do my graduation in what I love to do. my faculty of history is very very nice having good and calm surroundings around me. the ratio of students is girls are large in number then the boy's faculty is highly qualified and the teachers are very concerned about students' sincere regarding the classes, there are two times of term exams held in a year and the difficulty level is suitable for those who studied well.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 9530 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is as good as it can be for a middle-class student .it is affordable for students and also for those who are coming from outside for their studies. the college has different societies and one of them is the internship cell which provides good internships to the students there are a lot of suitable jobs on the campus that the required students can get and earn.

Arambh is our annual fest. I am so glad to be a part of this fest as this is related to the dramatic society of the colleges it is usually held in November or December. library of my college is very good all the books which I used to study or I prefer to study or read are always available there .sports are really good at my college there is an inter-department tournament for the students for all the sports. extra activities are also very amazing and joyful there are some social groups of our college students for the environment.

The course i am engaged is BA HONOURS ENGLISH in DAULAT RAM COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OF DELHI, the course offered is comprehensive, interesting and detailed. The faculty of English honours department is fully supportive of the students, the faculty members do not just give theory or bookish knowledge but also help us improve our communication in English language. Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.

DCAC- a summary of college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course itself is prestigious and is mostly opted for by people who plan either on preparing for the Civil Services or those who want to pursue academia. The course structure is framed in a manner that you don't just simply study history there, but you ingrain a critical viewpoint of a young historian. The faculty of History Hons. has some of the best Professors in the University, although you will in any course at any college find some teachers below your expectations, you don't have to bear them for more than 1 or 2 semesters. Passing the exams is not very difficult, but yes scoring above average is. If you get a GPA ranging from 6 to 7, you've performed fine. Above that is considered a Very good performance in Hons. courses of Social sciences at Delhi University. there are semester exams every 5- 6 months

Overall, it is a good college.

Before Satyawati College, I applied to various other colleges of Delhi University according to the eligibility. Eligibility criteria of the admission was the marks that the students secured in class 12th. Most of the colleges' cutoffs were above 97 percent and my score was 93.8 percent. Satyawati College Review: what to expect

The admission process for DU happens through the CUET UG exam, followed by the CSAS where students fill out their college and course preferences. I had placed satywati college at the seventh position in my preference list and based on my CUET score and eligibility, I was allotted this college. while i had higher preferences, I couldn't make it to those due to high cutoffs in popular north campus colleges. however, Satyawati offered a decent academic environment and the course i wanted, so i confirmed my admission here....Read More
