Remarks

There was no entrance exam for my batch. but now students need to clear cuet and then select the college and course as per their preferences..the application form is available online. reservation for sc, st, obc, PWD as well as ews quota are available..there is no such need for improvement in the admission process. the process is clear as it goes transparent through the University guidelines itself

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose the course because I want to make my career in history. The student-faculty ratio is 1:25. teachers are highly qualified as well as very good mentors ..their method of touching is highly appreciated..we have exams after every semester which means two-semester exams per annum which are easy to moderate level I

Internships Opportunities

Internship programs with various digital agencies as well as accountancy sectors are provided on a high scale. Projects generally associate with MNC tasks and the students enjoy their internship program as per their courses as well. several corporate sectors are also invited whereas government programs are also confronted by students

Placement Experience

After fifth-semester students are eligible for placement Companies such iffco visited and the highest package offered is 8 l per annum Around 60% of eligible students get placement My plans are more towards SSC but I will use this opportunity to get an internship through my college as well

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee hike is negligible in accordance with our course. Pwd and Ews quota students are given scholarships and even electronic gadgets are also provided to some students for the duration of their course completion

Campus Life

Dramsoc fest called Parvaaz was conducted during March and April month Saksham fest of placement conducted during April Art and culture fest conducted during May The library is equipped with a variety of journals and books as well as reading materials Intra-sports and inter-sports events are organised frequently The NSS team works with several NGOs to bring a change in society with severe issues

Honest review of DU SOL B.A. good for working students not for regular college experience

I choose B.A from DU SOL because the course curruculmis exactly the same as regular DU colleges which gives degree strong crediblity for UPSC goverment jobs and further studies like M.A the syllabus is coprehensive and covers core subjects like histyory, poltical science and english litreature in detail

The course i am engaged is BA HONOURS ENGLISH in DAULAT RAM COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OF DELHI, the course offered is comprehensive, interesting and detailed. The faculty of English honours department is fully supportive of the students, the faculty members do not just give theory or bookish knowledge but also help us improve our communication in English language. Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.

DCAC- a summary of college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course itself is prestigious and is mostly opted for by people who plan either on preparing for the Civil Services or those who want to pursue academia. The course structure is framed in a manner that you don't just simply study history there, but you ingrain a critical viewpoint of a young historian. The faculty of History Hons. has some of the best Professors in the University, although you will in any course at any college find some teachers below your expectations, you don't have to bear them for more than 1 or 2 semesters. Passing the exams is not very difficult, but yes scoring above average is. If you get a GPA ranging from 6 to 7, you've performed fine. Above that is considered a Very good performance in Hons. courses of Social sciences at Delhi University. there are semester exams every 5- 6 months

Overall, it is a good college.

Before Satyawati College, I applied to various other colleges of Delhi University according to the eligibility. Eligibility criteria of the admission was the marks that the students secured in class 12th. Most of the colleges' cutoffs were above 97 percent and my score was 93.8 percent. Satyawati College Review: what to expect

The admission process for DU happens through the CUET UG exam, followed by the CSAS where students fill out their college and course preferences. I had placed satywati college at the seventh position in my preference list and based on my CUET score and eligibility, I was allotted this college. while i had higher preferences, I couldn't make it to those due to high cutoffs in popular north campus colleges. however, Satyawati offered a decent academic environment and the course i wanted, so i confirmed my admission here....Read More
