The admission process is based on cutoffs per jee mains rank. if we clear the normal cutoff of approx 30000 jee main common rank then we are eligible to get admission on basis of counselling at josssa website. after filling out the choices of college, if a college is allotted to us then we need to accept seats by physical verification and verification of documents. Application for admission can be done on jossa website. normally 15000 rupees is the cost of jossa counselling which goes up to 7 rounds. the college provides reimbursement of tution fees for reserved categories (sc/st) but hostel and mess fees will be taken. anti-ragging and medical certificate affidavits are required during admission.

The course curriculum consists of btech in civil engineering, computer science engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics and communication engineering, electrical engineering and MCA. Mtech and PHD are also provided. I am from the civil engineering branch and I chose it because the quality of education in civil engineering at nit Patna is of the next level, also placements records are good. In each branch, there is an appropriate amount of faculty available given their respective departments. Each faculty is highly qualified and a researcher in their respective department. there are two exams mid-term and end-term each semester. also, there is viva for practical examination. difficulty to pass exams is 8 out of 10.

the college has an industrial training program and a major and minor project which provides sufficient internship to students. the internship may be paid or unpaid. most companies provide software developers with internship roles. in 7th semester internships are provided to students

There was 100 per cent of placements the previous year. The average package is 8 LPA. from 7th-semester students are eligible for placement. some of the companies visited are adobe, Amazon, Oracle, Deloitte, phone pay etc. highest package the previous year was a 1.20 crore LPA. Approx 90 per cent of students from each branch get placements.

Tution fees are 64000 rs per semester and mess fees are 24000 rs per semester. there is the disbursement of tution fees for reservation students and also for EWS. For scholarships, we have to register on the national scholarship portal to get top-class education scholarships.

The campus is full of fun. the annual fest is conducted in October and the tech fest in January to February. also, every year eccentric interbranch cultural fest and fresher's fest are organised. ther are multiple clubs like dance club (corona melange), music club( speak ), drama and film club(natwansh), hack slash club, NSS, Sankalp club etc. the library has a wide Verity of books which can be issued by id card. there is a football and cricket ground and badminton court, squash courts also indoor games table tennis court and chess, carom. kabbadi and volleyball and basketball are also played. interbranch sports and inter nit sports are played every year.
