Eligibility for the course is JEE Mains exam. For admission to NIT PATNA in the general category is 96 percentile. The application form is available on the Jee main website, application amount is 600rs. Reservations are applied according to the central government.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen ECE in NIT PATNA based on my rank in JEE MAINS. The faculty is very student-friendly. All faculty members are well qualified with Ph.D. degrees from Prestigious IITs. NIT Patna has one mid-semester exam and ends the semester exam for a semester. Some class tests are there. It is very easy to pass even if you are not a clever student.

Internships Opportunities

Students can opt for internships in their 3rd year. Many companies are offering internships like Amazon, Microsoft, parth, Samsung, pay tm, Texas instruments, Tech Mahindra, Adobe, Bajaj, Ashok Leyland, and so on.

Placement Experience

Placements are very good in NIT PATNA. From the 3rd we will get internship opportunities on campus. About 150 companies are visiting the campus for placement drives. Highlight package for 2021 if 1.60cr and 1.2 cr is the next average package for the 2021 batch is 12lpa. For 2022 till now the highest package is 52 LPA and the average package is 16lpa. About 95% of students are placed in the previous year.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee Structure for gen/obc students, Below 1 lakh category no tuition fee, 1 to 5 lakh 1/3rd fee has to be paid. Above 5 lakh must pay 125000 PA. For sc/st/PWD students full concession of tuition fee be applicable irrespective of family income.

Campus Life

Fests occur in January. The central Library is available on the campus and will be fully air-conditioned all the Books are available in the library. Sports and events occur frequently. Many clubs are available on campus.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are available for almost all students except for Patna residents. The hostels are nicely maintained. The meal quality is good. The hostel fee is about 50000 per annum. Registration for a hostel is also very easy we have to fill out one Google form. Many private rooms and hostels are available near the campus in Patna.

Placements at NIT Patna Are good for cs e The students become eligible from 7th semester Average place fields is around 13 to 14 lpa Eld highest goes to 40 Around 85 to 95 Percent students get placed I plan to become a software developer after graduation

Motihari Engineering College in my Point Of View

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are eligible to seat and apply for campus placements . Eligiblity criteria depends on companies but if you have 7 CGPA ir more than that then you don't need to worry . Companies like Godrej, ACC,CDAC, BHEL, Infosys, WIPRO ,TCS etc. visited our college for campus placements. Highest package from our college is around 13 Lakh Per Annum and average placement is 3 to 4 Lakh Per Annum Its totally depends upon companies and their job profiles. There are almost 60 to 70 percentage student got placement ( In upper branches like CSE& AI percentage is slightly high otherwise it is quite low for civil and our branches) My plans after getting a degree that is I have to go for M.Tech from any IITs of India I am preparing hard for that.

The placement of this collage are not as good as it should have to be. Students gets as the average packlagge of around 4 to 5 lakh per annum. Branches like cse and ai also didnot get placements as it should have to be.Students depends on government vaccancies and offline placements like rozgar mela etc to got job. government should have to focus on these.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semster you are eligible to sit in campus placement . There is companies like Infosys , TCS , De Walls Ads , Wipro, Congnizent, ACC visited our college for campus placements . They have limited offers with limited packages also they have some eligiblity criterias like students should have CGPA above than 7.5 . Highest package offered in our college is 13 LPA per annum by TCS for a CSE student and Average package is around 3.5 to 4 lakh per annum. There is highest placements in branches like CSE ,EEE andCIVIL. Other branches got less offeres. Totally 50 to 60 percentage students got placements from our college because majority lower branch students are preparing for government exams like SSC , UPSC, BPSC , DAROGA and GATE. My plans after getting the degree to go for highes studies (M.TECH) .

Motihari Engineering College in my Point Of Views

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There is companies like Wipro , Infosys, ACC, Copegimini, Congnizent, TCS visited our college for campus placements. There is very less number of offers given by companies and also there is almost negligible offers for Lower branches(like Mechanical and Civil) . There is highest 12.4 lakh per annum for a CSE student given by TCS and average salary of 4 LPA . There is only 50 to 60 percent students got placements in which majority are from CSE , CSE-AI , and EEE branches. My plans after getting the degree is doing M.tech from any reputed Colleges of India like some NITs or IITs depending to my Gate Score.

Placement Experience:

From 7 th semester students become eligible for cmpus placements . Thera are a few companies like HCL, TCS, Wipro, Infosys , Cisco ,Figma ,ACC and so on visited our college for campus placement but limited offers . Percentage of placements is arround 60 % which is very low but students are trying there best . Higher package was 12.4 LPA by Infosys as SDE and avrage package of 4 LPA. My plans are not taking plaement , I am preparing for gate 2027 .

Placement Experience:

The placement is not so good but if you work hard about study then you will be selected for campus placement. Many companies visit here. 40 percentage students approx get placement. I have to clear competitive exams after it.

Positive:- Very Good college and working very hard to become one of best college of Bihar. Negative:- Very few faculty of civil engineering in our College, the lab facility for 3rd and 4th year student is not available at all.

I choose an NIT patna Mainly because of its nit tag Decent placement record and affordability compared to private college. I had Also applied To a few other IIT Triple I I bought options in lower branch it is slightly Better late and similar budget in new nit. IT do not get to an empty slide 3G Surat Karan Warangal due to my jee main rank. So I choose the best available options based on my rank.
