I am from Nepal, so direct admission was done. I contacted the admission cell of Roorkee institute of technology and asked for a reservation of my seat for b.tech. The reservation was done by paying some advance and now I am a student at RIT

As Roorkee institute of technology is affiliated with Uttrakhand Technical university so all the exam schedules and exams are conducted according to university rules and regulations. The internal exams are done on time.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunity depends upon students and their intelligence. There is no such internship program conducted by the college for now. Programs are conducted for placement but no internship from the college side is available.
Placement Experience
The placement of Roorkee institute of technology is good. Different programs and seminars related to placement are conducted in college. The placement rate is also good but as this is an average college so placement package is also average.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure of Roorkee institute of technology is average as compared to other colleges of Uttrakhand state. There is no such scholarship or financial assistance in this college. Somehow placement is good.
Campus Life
The best thing about Roorkee institute of technology is its environment. There are 5 active clubs under SWAR and different programs run under it. The availability of books in the Library is good. Overall this part of college is good.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility is good enough if compared with other colleges in Uttrakhand. The accommodation and hostel facility are very good. Food quality is average but better than others. Rules are strict in college.
Interview Experience
Yes, there was a short meeting with the admission cell with my parents about the campus and its facilities. There are some criteria for national students but for international students, nothing serious is there for the admission process.
