Remarks

Eligibility is when I took admission I have to calculate the best 4 subjects marks. Normally 12th pass with good marks. The form is available on the Delhi University website and also with fees and the last date. Reservation candidates get easily admission with good marks. Yes, my seniors helped me for taking admission and calculating my best 4 marks and also teacher suggest me best combination of the subjects.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I wanted to do civil services. Now if we discuss the faculty and student ratio so that was 10:7 All teachers are well-educated and high educated. And the teaching style is so good. Very helpful teachers If you seriously take classes in college so no one can fail you. It's very easy to pass the exam.

Fees and Financial Aid

This college fee is affordable for everyone and in this college, there are many scholarships basically it's based on your improvement or knowledge and marks also. If you are a great student if you fulfil all information correctly you get that.

Campus Life

Basically, the fest was conducted in February. All books are available in the library. You can study in the library. Many classrooms have charging point fans proper benches and boards. And also there is a sports complex where you get any sports materials.

Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.

DCAC- a summary of college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course itself is prestigious and is mostly opted for by people who plan either on preparing for the Civil Services or those who want to pursue academia. The course structure is framed in a manner that you don't just simply study history there, but you ingrain a critical viewpoint of a young historian. The faculty of History Hons. has some of the best Professors in the University, although you will in any course at any college find some teachers below your expectations, you don't have to bear them for more than 1 or 2 semesters. Passing the exams is not very difficult, but yes scoring above average is. If you get a GPA ranging from 6 to 7, you've performed fine. Above that is considered a Very good performance in Hons. courses of Social sciences at Delhi University. there are semester exams every 5- 6 months

Overall, it is a good college.

Before Satyawati College, I applied to various other colleges of Delhi University according to the eligibility. Eligibility criteria of the admission was the marks that the students secured in class 12th. Most of the colleges' cutoffs were above 97 percent and my score was 93.8 percent. Satyawati College Review: what to expect

The admission process for DU happens through the CUET UG exam, followed by the CSAS where students fill out their college and course preferences.
