College Life VS Placement Life

MHTCET and Jee mains are entrance exams for this college. Pict is a top-ranked college in the state of Maharashtra. For CS and IT branches cutoff goes <1000 and for entc it goes around 2000-3000 rank in MHTCET College also has Institutional Round. So please check in with the college and stay updated during the admission season They give a very short notice period for Institutional rounds so if applicable then be ready and stay up to date with notices

I tried for CS but the cutoff for CS was a very very high impact on IT too it was very high in 2020 due to covid there were 2 cap rounds only hence I was lucky due to inaccessibility in the state due to covid restrictions and short notice very few participants were there in spot round and I got it open category rank 1596. Faculty of Superb. All teachers are proficient in their field. you may feel that teachers dont teach properly in lectures but it's a common feeling. If you interact with them you will come to know about the knowledge they have. Exams are not difficult to pass. But yes engineering is Adventurous

In the Third Year 5th sem(overall) internship drive starts and top-tier companies visit the college for internships. Companies like adobe, Deutsche bank, BNY Mellon, MasterCard, UBS, Barclays, NICE etc visit for internship drives and many other companies visit Note that Dont misses the second-year amcat exam. It has become mandatory to become eligible for an internship drive otherwise college doesn't even allow me to appear for online assessments.

PICT is famous only for its placements. College is having good placement drive with more than 100 companies making offers with an average placement of 10 LPA and up. Highest went around 43 LPA and mostly 100% placements except for students opting for masters. My plan is to take up a job offer.

Fees are extremely low and affordable. Moreover, there are many scholarships available for the category and open students too but have criteria of income limit etc. Many more opportunities for girls. As far as jobs are concerned college is famous for placement assistance and TnP cell is very active

PICT campus is like "ye to shuru hote hi khatam ho gaya" facilities are high tech but the lack of space and library is great. Books and facilities are 10 on 10 no doubt. Canteen of also good. Technical clubs are very active and supportive .you will find the entire year either of the clubs conducting some or the other activities.
