Entrance Preview
I opted this college because this college does not focuses on studies only but It firmly believes in all round development of a student and hence it had been consistently looking into sports and extra co-curricular activities. SWAR (STUDENT WELFARE ASSOCIATION of RIT) is a well example that it focuses on the fact that its the student that shape the world. And hence it provided opportunities to lead the activities held in college to the students. I was given so many opportunities as well and thus it helped me gain confidence in tackling the world.
Course Curriculum Overview
Its excellent. the subjects and the syllabus well maintained and ordered to get the best out of the student with least of burdens. Subjects like thermo and its application (for mechanical guys) well divided into different semester to ease the burden and make it a happy course rather than a comber some process of learning. The focus on training and internship programmes with regular seminar was a boon to me and innumerous strength of students here.
Internships Opportunities
the college does provide internships. It ties up with IITs and provide several summer internship at all levels to all the branches. and so it helps a lot. Though the case of stipend has not yet occurred to me, but the internships held here helped me a lot and so yes it has helped me in my all round development.
Placement Experience
I am placed at Irawati Constructions and so many others in various other firms. The placement may not have been 100% affair but it was a very good number that got placed from the company. so my college has a good placement record in all the streams of engineering and the post graduation courses.
College Events
ANUGOONJ - College's cultural fest DEXTEROUS - College's technical fest UTPRERNA - College's social affair club URJA - College's sporting affairs Along with this the seminars and other celebrations are a part of college's daily life, making our college a place very nice to live and enjoy with the studies.
Fee Structure And Facilities
the fee is really feasible and affordable for a bachelor of technology course. The fee detail for my time (2013-2017) was as : tuition fee- 88100 per year hostel fee- 53000 per year tuition fee included the university fee, college admission fee, enrollment fee and everything else. So taking and considering all this, i found the fee to be affordable and not a very costly affair.

yes,loan and scholarship has been an integral part of my college. ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE SCHOLARSHIP : to those who scored more than 80% in college SCHOLARSHIP to those who topped in their respective branch every semester.
Campus Life
gender ratio might not b the way it is expected. but it is sure to achieve it in near future. and yes the college campus life is awesome. the environment, the ragging free campus and everything there had a positive vibe around. Cultural Society along with Social Club and Sports union made the college a better place to live.
Hostel Facilities
As every hostel, the food is the main issue for any student. But in RIT the food had a regular change in its routine and the menu kept changing so that we student do not find it a boring affair to eat. so for me i give it 8 rating to food and facilities in hostel.
Alumni/Alumna
my seniors are the best of the seniors. The alumni connection or the network as you asked is really good and they are a part of so many interviews that occur in the college. So the college is being paid for the good it did to so many students.
Exam Structure
Exams are well maintained as per the university norms and on the date decided by the uniform. Well notification about the exam are provided to student before hand.This help we student read out our syllabus and finish the course well on time securing good academic excellence.
Admission
UTU COUNSELLING i got a list of colleges related to the utu exam i gave and this college caught my eyes as it was the best of the rest and perfect for a student who is reluctant and is not ready to face the world.. notification came in moth of July and i was enrolled in the same.
Faculty
the faculties were well trained and very learned. Their knowledge and experience helped me a lot in my course. They imparted their knowledge in us with such ease that study never felt a loaded affair. Their way of tackling problems was one of a kind.
