Course Curriculum Overview
I am Interested in ECE branch so i take admission in this course. The Boys and girls ratio in our branch is 4:1 respectively. The faculty is well-qualified and our rating is 8 out of 10. There are mid-sem and end-sem. Some teachers mark in medium and some have hard marking.
Internships Opportunities
There are many companies that come to Our college and provides internship like Infosys, TCS, Microsoft, etc. After 6 sem there is two compulsory internship or major project under any faculty. Project work with the assistant professor has to do.
Placement Experience
Students are eligible for campus placement after 6 sem. There are many companies that come for placements like Goldman Sachs, Facebook, Infosys, L&T, etc. This year there are 110% offers that will come to our college campus. In the CSE dept, all students were placed and overall 70% of students were placed. I want to take a placement in the IT sector.
Fees and Financial Aid
The cost to study at NIT Patna is not very high as compared to other colleges because there is a full fee remission policy for ST , SC, PH, and one has less than one lakh parental income. Also for having income less than 5 lahks annually, they have to pay 1/3rd of the total fees. Many MNCs companies come in our college for placement and placement is improved every year.
Campus Life
Campus life is satisfying not so exciting and not so boring. Adequate campus space for chilling and time passing. The ground is medium type. Cricket grounds and football all are on one pitch. A hostel for @nd year is best. Hostel life is best. Events are going on every sat and sun breaks, like cricket tournaments and football, and volleyball tournaments always going on weekends. Also special events for couples.
Admission
For admission, one needs to crack JEE mains with 96.5%ile and above in the general pool for both home state and other states, Here NIT Patna provides courses in Computer Science, electronics and communication, Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil Engineering. Also for B.Arch and integrated MCA. 50% of seats are for the home state and 15% for girls. First, you have to appear i JEE mains so that you will get admission in NIT Patna.
