Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is pretty tough for people who do not have a mathematical background. Most of the course is quantitative and does include economic reasoning of course. Our faculty members are really very nice and experienced and helped us throughout our course, but only if we reached out to them because that is college right? The faculty is very talented and approachable too. It is not difficult to pass if you prepare well and have a mathematical edge in the subjects and all of it is pretty doable.
Internships Opportunities
I personally did 5 internships which were entirely based on the placement cell of our college. The average stipend is 5k-10k. Many other projects were around us which we were all part of and it has been a great journey so far.
Placement Experience
The placements are quite good at the minimum LPA that goes is 6LPA and the maximum so far has been 23 LPA. All reputed companies come to Miranda to recruit kids and are always satisfied with it. I plan to go for an MBA degree after my undergrad even though I have been placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is very reasonable. In total, I paid around 40K for my three years of an undergraduate degree. There are so many opportunities you'll get in Miranda House. Not only in terms of the environment and the people around you but also in terms of internships and job opportunities. Scholarships are provided and also quite good here.
Campus Life
Campus and Infrastructure are literally the best in the entire Delhi University and I'm sure every student will agree with it. Miranda House has the best quality infra. Our annual fest is Tempest and many big celebrities have been part of our college for certain events and fests which I find quite amazing. There are around 60+ societies, all of them governed by the student body, and are flexible in terms of taking students in.
Admission
Hi, I'm batch of 2023 and my admission year in Miranda House was 2020. The entire Delhi uni admission process was merit-based back then and it was pretty smooth throughout. We kept choosing upgraded colleges in every cut-off that came next. I was in Kamla Nehru college till the 5th cut-off but then in the 6th my cut-off matched here and I got into Miranda House.
