College is good and is improving

I got an electrical branch for my rank. In the first year, we have subjects from every branch. Every student of any branch has to study all the subjects in the first year. We have 2 semesters. For one semester, grading will be 50 percent end sem,30 percent mid-sem, and 20 percent internals. The curriculum is good. All the teachers are highly qualified. The difficulty of our exams is between moderate to difficult.

I don't know information about internship opportunities. I am writing about placements only. The highest CTC was 55.75 LPA. The mean CTC was 12.43 LPA. Top recruiters were google, amazon, Flipkart, zomato, Maruti Suzuki, and jaguar. The top recruiter was EXL services.

Notable recruiters were google, amazon, Flipkart, zomato, Maruti Suzuki, jaguar, Oracle, etc.73 were placed out of 84 in cse branch.36 were placed out of 51 in ece branch.53 were placed out of 90 in ee branch.69 were placed out of 122 in mechanical branch. These were the figures after 2 weeks of placements.

Fee: 4-year B.tech course is divided into 8 semesters. First semester-137290, Second, Fourth, Sixth, Eighth each-129000, Third, Fifth, Seventh-131390 each. Total- 1047460 Scholarships and fee remission are available

We have 4 main fests each year. Various societies for photography, dance, singing, culture, coding, robotics, etc are present. We have a SAC area for indoor sports like badminton, and table tennis, and a gym. There are volleyball courts and basketball courts available on the campus. The swimming pool, cricket court, and football courts are under construction. But campus life is boring in this iit as apart from sports nothing is present on the campus for enjoyment and refreshment. The campus is also very far from the city. All the student activities are run by Student Gymkhana here. There is a library on campus but not many books are available. Classrooms, present classrooms are not good but in a month or two a new lecture block complex will be constructed with good facilities.

There are currently 5 hostels. Our hostel is the newest one. One room is for one person. The room is enough spacious. One table and chair and bed(not with mattress) are provided. There is one mess for each hostel. The mess will be on the ground floor. There are 7 floors. Each floor has 2 bathrooms and a washing machine and a filter. There are 3 lifts but one of them never works and the other two are problematic. There is no land available in only our hostel and wifi is not reachable to all the rooms in our hostel. The problems are that it is constructed very recently and proper installation takes time. The mess quality, quantity, and taste were poor for the last three months but they improved it after we complained and they were fined 50,000. Now the mess is good.

The admission process for all the IITs is By Jee advanced exam. Candidates can write Jee advanced after clearing the cut-off for Jee mains. After the exam, the seats for IITs are allotted by JoSAA based on the ranks given. Application forms for Jee are available on the NTA website.
