I choose this course because I was interested in artificial intelligence and robot making. The faculty members are very friendly and almost all are Ph.D. holders and professors with 20 + years of teaching experience.

Internships Opportunities

In the graphic era, there are many internship opportunities available for students for CS students companies like Amazon, and Forbes approaches students for internship. Previous year Amazon took 25 students from the CS department for an internship.

Placement Experience

The graphic era invites the most companies in Uttarakhand and has the highest rate of placements than other universities in Uttarakhand. It Is accredited by an A+ score by NAAC. The average package that a CS student achieves is approx. 4 lacs and the highest package this year was 48 lacs.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure for Uttarakhand residents is comparatively Lil bit low than non-Uttarakhand residents because the university provides some percentage of concession to them. And army background children also get a concession advantage.

Campus Life

College life is very busy but good. The campus is always in news for various activities. The educational aspect is looked after by the various workshops and seminars conducted. They even have open classes at times if the weather permits and I have heard that this makes education more interesting. Besides this, the big auditorium is always buzzing with activities like guest lectures from industry experts. There are many fun activities like the events conducted for fun in the evening by the student's affairs department where some celebrity or the other are always visiting the campus.

Admission

At the time of my admission, the admission was based on 10 and 12 percent the criteria was 70% in PCM of both 10th and 12th. Because of the Covid period, JEE Mains percentile was neglected but there was a certain amount of concession on the fees.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

Responsive faculty and well managed curriculum to focus on specific areas of each students to make them better in the region of technolgy where they want to grow. mid level toughness with regular tests and end sem combining the internal and external practical exams.

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Best college of uttrakhand

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.

I got admission offer from Sharada, SRM and GEHU Bhimtal campus also but compared to all of them placement system is good in GEHU DDN. No I donot get rejections at all For admission you have to consult with the admission team and they will give you form of admission where all needed details need to be filled.
