Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum and faculty members at Graphic Era University are highly regarded by students and the industry. The university has a team of highly qualified and experienced faculty members. Most faculty members hold Ph.D. degrees and some are involved in scholarly activities. The university offers a range of UG and PG courses, I choose BTech because of the high placement rate and great teaching environment of the faculty. The term exams in the university occur two times in a single semester with a gap of 2-2.5 months which has a moderate difficulty level.
Internships Opportunities
There are many internship opportunities offered by the college, and many big companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Adobe, etc. hire students for SDE roles and many developer roles internships to the students. The stipend for these roles can be up to 1 Lakh per month and the internship period can be up to 6 months.
Placement Experience
The placement of B.Tech Students is too good at Graphic Era University, Students from the 6th Semester become eligible for campus placements. There are so many numbers of companies that visit the university and offer from 4 - 60 lakh are offered by the companies. The recent Highest package from the university is 84.77 Lakh and the average package offered to engineer students is 5 lakh. My Plan after getting a degree is to work and gain experience in the IT field.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure depends on the program and course of study. The average fee for a BTech CSE course is around 6.5-7 lakh at the Graphic Era hill university. Graphic Era offers a variety of scholarships to deserving students and financially challenged students. These scholarships are awarded based on merit, financial need, and other criteria. In Graphic Era provides scholarships to students with army backgrounds and also provides discounts on Uttarakhand Domicile.
Campus Life
Graphic Era University has a vibrant campus life and a variety of annual events and festivals. The annual fest is usually conducted in the month of Feb and March, and many tech fests are organized many times a year. Graphic Era University has a wide range availability of books in its library, and almost every classroom of the university has comfortable seats, a projector, and whiteboards. Many sports events and curricular activities are organized on campus with many participating students. There are many clubs and social groups in the college like tech groups, photography groups, and many dance and singing groups.
Admission
The admission process at Graphic Era University involves the following steps: 1. Candidates are required to submit an online application on the university website. 2. Based on the marks obtained in the entrance exams(JEE, NEET, and GATE) eligible candidates are called for counseling to verify their documents and fill in their choices for courses and branches offered. 3. Successful candidates are required to pay the fee and secure their seats and confirm their admission.
