PLACEMENT AND JOB OPPERTUNITY IN IIT PATNA (2ND GEN IITS)

According to my Jee advance rank and best course that I was getting in 2nd gen IITs is chemical engineering in iit patna, around 70 students take admitted in chemical engineering in iit patna and the faculty-student ratio is very good about 1:15, Qualification of faculty is you know this is IIT so every faculty is phd from top renowned colleges around the globe and talking about teaching methods they teach as per the requirement of modern industries as IITs are one of the finest institute for engineering in India. All exams are on time quiz happens around every month and there is a midterm exam around mid of semester then one more quiz and then the final mid-semester exam talking about difficulty if you attend all classes and study all concepts then scoring in exam like fun for you.

61 student got intern in last year and student who are currently in third year are eligible for internship and many companies visited campus for intern like l&t ,microsoft,samsung ,etc and student can also apply for off campus internship and many student got this also and one student from second year also get internship from IIT Bombay.

Students studying in iit patna will be eligible for campus placement after the 7th semester and no. of companies visited in 2022 campus placement drive 154 and made 412 offer total for placement, the highest package of (0n campus) and 97 lacs (of campus ) from chemical engineering and average package of 28.50 lacs per annum, about 96+ percentage of student get placed in the campus placement drive. my plan after getting my degree is to prepare for UPSC.

As in iits all iits follows similar fee structure and cost of completing a degree from here is around 10-12Lakhs for four years also scholarship was provided by the central government for whom whose family income is below 1lakh get full tuition fee wavier and those whose family income is between 1-5lakhs will get 1/3 of full tuition fee wavier, along with that several other scholarships is also available form government scheme(NSP) or private scheme from a different private organisation like Reliance foundation, etc, also from mcm scheme 1000 also provided monthly to the student of top 10 per cent as pocket money also there are two banks in campus from where you can easily get education loan as financial assistance overall after getting admission you will not face any difficulty in paying your tuition fee.

One of the greatest cultural and management fests in entire northeast India in which students from all other iits and nits and also from top management colleges participate and the participation count is around 30k & name of the techno-management feast is Celesta which is also one of the greatest techno-management fests in entire northeast India, there is a library inside the campus where you will get all the good books and journals which are published around the world in digital or hard copy format, all the classroom are equipped with modern technology like ac, projector for displaying slides, animation, etc shown by the instructor, talking about sports facilities inside campus there is football ground, cricket ground, indoor badminton court, table tennis court, basketball court, lawn tennis court and swimming pool is under construction

For Admission to IIT is based upon jee advanced rank. It is two levels for the exam first level of jee mains and then you have to attempt to jee advance when you are in the top 2.5lakh out of no. of the candidate appearing in jee mains. Every year form is out in December and the exam will be held in January and second attempt happens in around April, your best percentile in these two attempts will be considered as best and your rank will be based upon that, all reservation criterion of the central government is applicable here like sc, st, obc, ews, pwd, etc, also on the basis of income whose annual parental income is below 1lakh will get full fee wavier, whose annual parental income is between 1-5lakh will get 1/3 of fee wavier.
