College timetable is very hectic with more than 6 hrs of study
college timmings is very hectic as it is 8-6
if a class gets cancelled ,time gets wasted alot.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course as it has highest placement across Dehradun with good incentives and good tech roles offered. The faculty and student ratio is 4:60 which I think is quite a good number. The faculty is quite qualified.

The companies that visit my college is Jp Morgan, Morgan Stanley, amazon, adobe, and the roles offered are SD, and tech analyst. The outcome is to be good at coding, DSA, aptitude, and good communication skills.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee hike policy is normal as other colleges have. The cost to study is the same as before told while taking admission. In my college, there are various scholarships to help students stay more focused and help themselves.

Campus Life

The annual fest is Graphest which is held once a 4 year and monthly tech fests are held at 'techWizard'. The books and journals present in the library are enough and fully fledged to help someone enhance their knowledge.

Admission

The eligibility criteria are to clear the board 12th examination or equivalent. You can find the application at desk at the placement office in the college campus or online at geu.ac.in site. There are numerous benefits.

The curriculum is highly relevant, focusing on practical knowledge for real-world prep, though more hands-on application and updated content would strengthen it. Exams occur 6 times yearly; they are tough but fair for the course.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

From the 7th semester you can sit on the placement drives.. Multiple companies visited like accenture,adobe,tcs etc. The percentage is little bit low this year..i have not much knowledge about it right now. I will try to get a good job.

aspects of curricullum that influenced my desicion to take admission: technical based courses are available. a well defined infrastructure. seperate buildings to involve in different regions of technology. available technical courses with updated and advanced syllabus with great faculty and seminars of different active clubs like google and microoft club. Responsive faculty and well managed curriculum to focus on specific areas of each students to make them better in the region of technolgy where they want to grow. mid level toughness with regular tests and end sem combining the internal and external practical exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Best college of uttrakhand

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.

GEU means business of highest order!
