- Campus Life- it is in lap of nature ,the season is always as if blessed. Weather is best here.
- Faculty - teachers here are quite knowledgeable and would always help you out.
Dislikes
- Localite- people here are somewhat rude . I mean they are have military background most of them.so it is kind of they carry. Be assured if u r good then it all good.
- Females got lot more opportunities than male , i am talking about placement.
Course Curriculum Overview
Great career and average placements up to 5 lakhs could be provided. The faculty ratio is good. Here they actually teach you. Most of the faculty are from reputable institutions in India and across the globe. All the exams were always on time even in corona outbreak.
Internships Opportunities
There are companies like Uber, amazon, Informatica, Teradata, and a lot others that make their visit and pick students which an average stipend of 45thousands per month. It is extended to 6 months. Most of the students get internship+ FTE opportunities in the 7th semester.
Placement Experience
Almost all the students get placed most of the year, to keep it safe side I'll say 70% of students are placed. 10% are placed in elite companies such as Amazon, Teradata, Informatica, etc. Opportunities for girls are like a lot. If you are a female candidate and want to enjoy the peaceful side of the world. Average packages are 4.5-5.5lpa. however, if you are hard-working be sure you can get 10lpa, the highest package goes up to 40lakh and this year it is 83LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is 150000 per semester and there is a scholarship based on Jee's mains exam and your 12th result. The fee structure would be provided on request by the admission cell. Be sure to ask it beforehand that at the time of joining only the complete fee structure.
Campus Life
There are several clubs, and Kavyanjali is one of them it is a literary society. President Cup is held every year where all the branches compete to get a trophy it is a cricket tournament. Libraries are in number. Books could be easily availed. Grafest is the annual fest and it gathers superstars from across the globe.
Hostel Facilities
There are several hostels, you can get hostels are per your convenience and also the space If available. The meal is good, I mean there is variety. Hostels are allocated based on a first come first serve. I recommend opting for Chandra shekhyar azad ( main hostel), it is inside campus only and you would enjoy it more.
Admission
Must complete 12th with PCM only to get B.Tech computer science. You can visit geu.ac.in for the admission form or your nearest admission center which is available in most of the state. No there is no such reservation other than if you are a family member of military benefits and female candidates.
