What Students Say
Likes
- It's good. For me everything is new experience as I left my home state for the first time. And I didn't face any difficulty here.
Dislikes
- The mess food is very poor. But hope that will also be addressed soon as the new vender is coming.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is basically a mixture of management and technology. That is good in some way but it's very difficult to study managemental and technical courses at the same time. But the course composition is not much tough it's good.
Internships Opportunities
My first internship is in Indian Railways and my second one is in Research Design and Standards Organization. Both were good as they both thought me good things, as they both are related to my course. Internships can be done in Railways and their PSUs mainly.
Placement Experience
Actually, before our batch the placement ratio was not that much good but we tried our best to get that. And mostly students of our is placed. A few of them didn't get a chance but at the of writing this article the placement drive is going on and I hope they will also get placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
At the time I'm giving a review, the fee for the first year of my course is 170000 and for the second year, it increases by 10% and similarly in the third year second year fee increases by 10%. But they also provide fee waivers for financially weak students.
Campus Life
Campus life is very as I'm missing that campus. The campus is good as IIT's and the hostel facility is amazing. There is a palace on the campus which increases the beauty. The campus is combined with NAIR so you can also interact with the officers there.
Hostel Facilities
As I said earlier hostel facility is better than IIT's. Fully AC rooms with attached washroom. In one room two people live according to their choice. Yaa there are few restrictions that you can't go out after 11pm.
Admission
The year when I enrolled, I have to give an entrance test and on the performance of that test, I was selected. At that time they are providing BSc/BBA courses but now they exclude them and only MBA and Btech courses are there.
