The hostel here is very good and I enjoyed it very much .
The sports and club activities here are also quite exciting.

Dislikes

There is no permanent faculty in our college .
The breakfast and snacks quantity in mess is also much less.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty to student rai is low in our college. Maximum faculty here are visiting faculty from different institutions like order, IITs, etc. In a semester there is one mid-term and one end-term exam per subject.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 208000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The internship opportunity here is very high in this college. Students are required to do an internship at the end of each year of minimum one month and need to submit the report and evaluation sheet at our college as it is graded so internships are compulsory.

Placement Experience

Form seventh semester students of our btech course becomes eligible for placements in the college. There hasn't been any placement in btech yet as it is a new course but if roughly guess , it should be average of 8-10 lakh.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure for btech is around 2,10000 per year including hostel, mess and tuition fees etc. The college here provides scholarship for financially backward people whose family income is less than 3 lakh.

Campus Life

The annual fest conducted in college is Agni. There is a library in our college where you can read books and it can also be issued. There are verities of club activities conducted in our college throughout the year.

Hostel Facilities

Here the hostel in our college is good with a triple bed in each room as each room is quite big. There is also an attached bathroom in each room. The mess food here is good and hygienic and the mess menu is also to our liking.

Hostel Fee: INR 36000 per year

Admission

Admission is done on the basis of jee main score. You need to score at least above 85 percentile to safely get into this college if you opt for btech. You can get the application form for admission at the nrti website. Yes, there are reservation and scholarship benefits provided in college.

Placements are good. Students are eligilble for campus placements from 7th semester. The highest package is 2100000 and the lowest is 200000. The median package is 3.5 to 4.5 lakhs per year. From last two years there was 100% placements but usually its 90%. I plan to pursue pg after this degree in either mtech or mba.

Placement Experience:

In our college placement starts from 7th semester and students are eligible from the 7th semester. The highest package is around 21 lakh and avg package is 3.5 to 4 lakhs(companies are tcs , tatvasoft , argusoft , IBM etc.) many students get placement like more than 50 % my simple plan is to get a good job from campus placement and do job after my graduation.

Placements start to comence from 7th sem.It is the eligibility criteria for all students. Companies like Sopan Industries etc have visited the campus for placement purpose. Highest package was of around 4.9lpa and average is around 3.4lpa Most students who got placements were those with an average CGPA of 8.6

NRTI a college for Transport Enthusiasts.

The National Rail And Transportation Institute is one of its kind and in the entire nation there is no other Institute that offers any similar curriculum. Since very small age I had developed an affection towards Transport Sector and being a Railfan it was quite simple while going for this college. This college offers a very wide variety of subjects and courses which is helpful in every way but at the same time due to vast variety, it becomes tough for the students to cope up with every single subject. The admission process is very simple we just had to qualify for an aptitude test taken by NRTI and I am really thankful to an Inside NRTI team that helped me in this.
