Course Curriculum Overview

It is one of the best colleges in Uttarakhand for B.Tech in Cse as a good placement record is there and the faculty are highly educated. Exams are conducted smoothly without too much pressure on students and it's a good college.

So many companies visit the college to provide internship opportunities this year pwc , Morgan Stanley LTI, and many other good companies visited and selected so many students even at this time when most hiring is freezing.

Placement is quite good here so many companies visit the campus and platforms like superset are also provided to the students for an easy recruitment process and placement department of the college is very supportive and nice.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure can be downloaded from the main website of the college in my case fee was approx 98000 per semester now it must have increased so it would be better to take counseling for Uttarakhand students GRAPHIC ERA HILL UNIVERSITY is also a good option where scholarship is given if you have domicile of Uttarakhand.

Campus Life

Life is pretty good here, Grafest which is the annual fest is conducted around the month of April and small events are planned regularly so that the students can enjoy their college life with their studies too several clubs are there like singing and dancing, and poetry also.

Admission

You can apply through the college website by just typing GEU Dehradun on Google, no entrance exam, scholarships are provided according to the percentage in the 12th class, and for girls also scholarship id there.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

Responsive faculty and well managed curriculum to focus on specific areas of each students to make them better in the region of technolgy where they want to grow. mid level toughness with regular tests and end sem combining the internal and external practical exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Best college of uttrakhand

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.
