I choose btech cs because I am interested in competitive programming the teaching method of the professors are excellent most of the faculty are PHD in btech there are 8 semesters each semester have 2 exams internal and external

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 280000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure varies from person to person and place to place yes but a fee for a btech student is very expensive if you are a candidate of Uttarakhand you get an extra 10 % discount or 10% more for a girl candidate

Campus Life

There are soo many fests held in graphic era universities the biggest fest is Grafest taking about books you can take any kind of book from the library with your student identity card. There are soo many other activities held at university

Admission

Its is mandatory to have at least 60% in your class 12th board exams to take admission in btech conputer science. You can fill application form online as well as offline online through their website if you fill registration form before board exam results you don't have to worry about criteria

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

From the 7th semester you can sit on the placement drives.. Multiple companies visited like accenture,adobe,tcs etc. The percentage is little bit low this year..i have not much knowledge about it right now. I will try to get a good job.

Responsive faculty and well managed curriculum to focus on specific areas of each students to make them better in the region of technolgy where they want to grow. mid level toughness with regular tests and end sem combining the internal and external practical exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Best college of uttrakhand

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.
