- Ragging free campus is provided by the college and strict actions are being taken towards the students who are involved in ragging .
- Some of the faculties are very experienced and talented and always ready to help the students whenever they needed .
- Extra classes are provided for the placement drive . Each one gets a fair chance to appear in the placement drive .
Dislikes
- Their time tables are not good . They have different time tables for different days .
- The number of students are very much in the college . Sometimes the crowd feels like we are standing in the market .
- Some of the faculties did not listen to the students .
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course as it was my dream to be a software developer .Most of the faculties here are freshers or I would say that they are unable to express their views to the students but some of the faculties here are highly talented , experienced and knowledgable . Some of the faculties have poor teaching methods some of them just read their notes while other reads their ppts . The exams are held twice a semester i.e mid and end term exams .
Internships Opportunities
Not many companies are available at the college for the internships but some of the companies like Zscaler and JP Morgan provides internships to the students at a package of 50 k per month or more . Projects are very important in order to get placements as well as internships in any company
Placement Experience
Students in their final year becomes eligible to sit in the university placements and internships . The highest package can goes to 56 lakhs per annum and the minimum package in 3.6 lakhs per annum . The averge package in the college is 5 to 6 lakhs per annum . At least 40 -50 percent of the students are placed from the college .
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees here is high comparative to other colleges although the number of students are increasing in the college every day . The student may enjoy benefits of many scholarships provided by the college for example academic scholarship on basis of 12 percentage , the student also get 10 % scholarship if he is a person living in uttarakhand and etc
Campus Life
Grafest is the annual fest conducted every year in the month of summer . All the books required by students are available in the library but their is a limit of 5 books per student . Sometime the books may be limited in number . Classrooms have neat and clean nature with presence of projectors in each and every classroom . Various sports like football , basketball , volleyball , badminton and etc court are present in the college and various sports competetion are also being organized in college .
Admission
The eligibility is simple as that in other colleges , here the student needs to be intermediate pass with percentage of 65 or more from pcm stream from any board .
