All about Uttaranchal University

College is good in term of infrastructure and faculties. My experience is really nice and memorable i got lot of new things to learn and most important how to become a human being first.

There is no certain exam exit here. You can easily get in this fancy college because they must tell some criteria to get in but at the end you'll get admission in your desired field or course. I have keen interest in computer science from my school days so that's made me to choose this course.

The course plan is really nice here. They almost cover all the related and important topic of your course. Faculties are really helpful and always be up for practical knowledge. Recently this university conducted the international conference and research program.

No. They won't provide any internship to students but yes some company must visit who recruit some students for their company.

Placement scenario is good. Lot of companies are visiting on daily basis for my course. 50 to 60 % student gets placed. Amazon, persistence, tech mahindra, meru group etc. Average package is 2.8 Lakh.

Technical fest :- International Conference Cultural fest :- Uttaranchal Yuva fest No managerial fest held yet. Yes all are organised in campus itself. Some are big some are small. Contribution is always good here by all of them.

In general it is affordable not like Bits pilani, VIT, Amity and SRM. For my course it would cost near about 1.5 lakh per year.

Yes they provide. No i didn't availed any scholarship yet. Yes college helps in getting loan. Yes college help but scholarship is only for OBC, SC & ST. Not for General category.

Not much extracurricular activities held here. Not much opportunity you will get to show your talent only in cultural fest. Facilities are here at average level.

No I am not residing but i spend my 1st year in university hostel. Hostel rooms are big, clean and good. Hostel provide you some essentials like table, chair, locker, laundry, security, food, electricity etc. Yes both single and sharing are available. No they don't have PG's. For single sharing it will cost around 90k for a year with all facilities included. Food is really god here daily changing meal with seasonal vegetable, fruit etc. Veg & Non veg menu. Breakfast is really awesome.

No interaction with alumni. No they won't provide any platform for interaction. Not much contribution by them i guess.

No, exam and lab schedule wouldn't make you tired at the end of the day. Maybe you feel bored while attending theoretical classes otherwise it is a chill culture here.

Faculties are qualified and experienced here most of the faculties has done there Master's and Doctorate. Faculties are interactive with all students on regular basis and they are very helpful and always stand with you. There are bunch of faculties in my course some are new faculties but they are very updated and be with technology. Some senior faculties are really good here with lots of experience in this field it is always nice to interact with them.
