Campus environment is very good with lot of greenery and peaceful environment.
Friendly staff which helps anytime for any problem. Regular lectures
Amenities are very good such as clean toilets, wifi, cooler water.

Course Curriculum Overview

I loved computer science programming that's why I selected the course. The faculties are very good. Faculty-student ratio is 5:60. Qualification of faculty is everyone is PhD and net qualified. There are 2 main exams mid-term and end-term. I will say those were easy to medium level. And also we had mcq tests with assignments in between.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 140000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I don't know about internship opportunities. From this year onwards, they have started internship programs. But, yeah, they give guaranteed internships if we opt for the fourth year of their bsc course which they have recently started.

Placement Experience

From 6th semester onwards students are eligible for placements. Companies that visit are Amazon, Barclay's, TCS, Mahindra etc. The highest package is 4.5 lpa. And the average is 3.8lpa. The percentage of students getting placements is 30 to 40%. Currently, I don't have any plans after this degree

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is to be paid in 2 instalments 80000 and 60000. There is a scholarship for those who have secured good ranks in annual exams and also for those who are sportspersons and played at a higher level. There are placement opportunities through college placement cells, companies visit colleges on a regular basis

Campus Life

There are many fests conducted such as Rohan, ride, etc. There are a lot of books on different domains available in the library. Amenities in class are wifi, a cooler, fans, and a smart board. There are student clubs like the coding club, Google developers students club, etc.

Admission

The course is eligible for those who passed 12th boards with more than 50% and who have cleared their entrance exam- ugpet. There is no cutoff as such, they continue intaking the students till seats are full. I think there's no need for improvement in the admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Biotechnology because it is a multidisciplinary field. We get to study not only topics related to biotechnology but also biochemistry, bio physics, bio informatics, bio statistics, etc. Mostly everything that is essential for future exams is taught during the span of 3 years. The topics of the units are taught in depth but the questions asked during exams are comparatively easy as to what all we studied. The frequency of the exam is, 1 internal exam which consists of both mcqs and written exam, the semester exam for each semester and practical exams for each subject. If u have studied then you will be able to attempt the questions.

The Campus Story : the lands of horror.

Placement Experience:

My college gives campus placement placement opportunities typically after 4th semester, which is the 2nd half of the 2nd year. As my college has a partnership with IBM so the standards of campus placement go right up as the placement depends on the curriculum performance of the student so can't really say much for this. If saying as a stalemate, getting a placement is basically confirmed if the student maintains his/her CGPA of 6-7, which shows the consistent of the student in their field.

So called MITWPU-Pune

i had applied for ahemdabad university as well. I got admission there as well but i was waiting for confirmation of admission from this college. I chose this college over AU just because this one was located in Pune-the IT hub, and they had made pretty good name all these years. MIT-WPU is world class!!

MIT has its own evaluation test and also 12th marks minimum of 60% in PCM for general category is just. For SC/ST and OBC is 50% and also get respite in entrance scores and fees as well.
