Course Curriculum Overview
So when I was like 10 years old my teacher taught us that we shouldn't touch electric things with wet hands. And from that moment I started wondering about electricity. I started searching more about it and in this, the electric world took my interest. That's why I chose this course. The no of students in our branch is 120 and our faculty number must be around 30 or 40. Which is more than enough. Our faculty members are very well qualified and all have done their Ph.D. from reputed colleges. Their teaching method is just awesome. They clear our doubts so well. In a year there are 2 semester and in every semester there are 2 internal exams. And those are very easy to pass as our teachers have taught us very well.
Internships Opportunities
The most offered job in this college is Software Engineer. There are many opportunities in the software world. But on the other lines, there are many government job options. And about the companies I don't know much about them but one of the popular companies coming to this college is Tata.
Placement Experience
From the 5th semester, the students start appearing for the placements. There are many companies which come to our college but I don't know much about them as I am in 1st year but I will surely try to know them. The highest package offered is 700000 and the average is 300000.90% of students get placement while some of them try to opt for higher studies. After getting the degree I am planning about higher studies.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college fees are 30000 per year which is quite decent. And about the scholarship, there is quite an option in our college. There is a scholarship section in our college which clear our all queries. And I don't know much about the campus jobs.
Campus Life
Life at the campus is just awesome. There are many types of which are conducted in our college. Most of them are conducted in our even semester. So recently we celebrated our annual fest. It was for 3 days. The first day was Hollywood night, the second day was Bollywood night and the last day was DJ night. We enjoyed so much in this program I was even in the dance program at this fest. And about clubs, there are various clubs in our college. I am in the dance club and coding club. It is great because along with studies we can enjoy our college life. In the coding club recently our seniors have created their own website.
Admission
The admission process was quite easy. I scored 78% in 10th and 81.33% in 12th. after that, I took jee main exam for this course and I scored 49 percent my rank was 300000in all of India which was more than enough for this course. In my third selection, I got selected for an electrical branch. There was this pdf I downloaded from the college website where all queries about my application were cleared. Yes, there were some reservation benefits. According to me, the admission process was quite easy. So I don't think any changes are needed.
