Placement is the strongest thing that our campus.
Faculties of electronics engineering branch are qualified.
College campus is very broad and the surrounding are gd.

There is no railway station near by our college
Our college don't have its own bus and it difficult sometime

Course Curriculum Overview

I chooses the basic electronics department as I was a bit fond of this subject and wanted to do this course. Overall student in our branch is 77 total. A gd and qualified teachers are teaching us. 1st sem was a bit late but 2nd was way too fast so difficult to clear the exam. Ya, you have to read to qualify for the exam.

Class Size: 77Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The internship facility is provided in 2nd year. For one month college gives permission to do internships in whatever company we wanted to. They mailed our names with branches to the company we opted for and lastly give our confirmation mail to us.

Placement Experience

This is the strongest thing that We have about our college. Every year our college provides placement to 87% of the students. And the rest go according to their choices. About 7-8 Ipa is the package for the placed students.

Fees and Financial Aid

Feess is overall affordable and easy for reading. Studying on a very low budget as compared to a private college. Not got any internship as I am in 2nd hopefully in the coming years. But the campus is coming and the maximum is getting a job.

Campus Life

Our college library consists of every book we search for and there is a very good rule whoever were interested can sit and study there. There were many clubs like the music club Umeed and there are two dance clubs like Eldablos and Ananimos. And yes for art and craft, they have SOLE.

Hostel Facilities

Our college campus consists of 3 boys' hostels. Among them, 2 are girls' hostels. 3rd year and 4th year girls student are stay in 3rd hostel . The hostel provides us tile room and a hygiene room oven to warm up the food.

Hostel Fee: INR 30000 per year

Admission

The admission process is fairly good. I think no improvement is needed. Many benefits were given to the Schedule caste and scheduled tribe. Rather than our OBC and general category students. Normally the admission process proceeds with filling up the application forms online. Overall a smooth process to be honest.

Interview Experience

No nothing was smooth and without any issues. God to be here. Was preparing for this but it didn't come so nit need to worry about anything. A lot of students were in starting for admission b it was good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

A Complete Review of KIIT University from a Student's View

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

Placement Experience:

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

Placement Experience:

So from 7th semester plcements are starting.Various Tech and Non Tech companies are also coming like TCS ,Accenture, Cognizant, Delloitte, InfoSys, KFinTech, Incture, GyanSys, Iserveu for Tech branches. and PRADAN, Aditya Birla etc for Non tech branches. Students also getting offers from OffCampus like RedHat ,CISCO ,Amazon ,Google. From On Campus Highest Package goes upto 12 to 15LPA and lowest is 4.5 but average is 5 to 6 LPA which is comperable. And about almost all are who are opting for placements got placed eventually.

After 6th semester the students get eligible for company placement. There are huge companies visited every year for the placement and many big MNCs like Amazon offers 100seats , Wipro offers 200, detollite offers 100, microsoft offers 10, ITC offers 150 , Infosys offers 300, TCS offers 200, Flipkart offers 150 and many more . Every year almost 80% of the students get placed at a good company with a minimum of 4 lakhs . After getting the degree I am planning to get placed in a multi national company like Amazon or Microsoft

Placement Experience:

Placements are ok but majority of the placement are for the IT and Cse sectors, but there are some core companies which offers a good packages. Around 40-50 % students pare placed in the companies and more over most of the students are up for the higher studies and cracking GATE exam.

See basically you placement depends on you .If you work hard you will get placed with a good package.In our college last year the avg package for CSE was around 13 Lakh per annum and highest was about 39 lakh per annum.Companies like Amazon,oracle Microsoft etc visited our college .After 4 th or 5 th semester i Think we are all capable of getting placed .

Parala Maharaja Engineering College BERHAMPUR is a very good college for B.Tech in the branch like civil and electrical. I opt for civil because I have a interest in civil engineering. The college has a better infrastructure and better faculty in civil that’s why I chose civil and this college has better infrastructure than other colleges like Indira Gandhi institute of technology Sarang. It is a better place than what I have explored in this four year of my study. The faculties of civil engineering are very good. I opt for civil in this college because of the infrastructure that is better than the other colleges. The admission here is very simple. You have to submit the documents that you had uploaded at the time of counseling. No I don't apply any other colleges my first preference is this college which I got admission. I choose this college because it's nearby my home town and the low price of fees structure.
