Fees structure is good and the hostel facilities are upto par.

Dislikes

Placements are not upto expectation. The placement cell hasn't even tried to improve that in so many years.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course as I had a keen interest in Computers and a thirst to code. The faculty-student ratio is alright. Every class has a teacher at any point of time in the day. The teachers are really qualified and the teaching methods are good.

Class Size: 67Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internships are available if the student applies for them and the college later approves of it and sends them for internships. The internship companies are not called upon by the placement cell. As the college is government the college has been lacking and everyone is just taking things for granted since they are being handsomely paid and are lying down without any worries.

Placement Experience

Placements are good but renowned companies don't come for hiring. The companies that came here this year were startups. The avg package is around 6-7 lakhs whereas we can't expect anything above 9-10 lakhs.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are available and during the fees hike phase very few fees were increased and the cost of study is really low as compared to the other colleges out in India. In scholarship programs, one can avail of the national and state scholarship provided by the government as the college is a government college.

Campus Life

The library is really good and the atmosphere there is really suitable for studying. The library is even online right now. An annual test (Exuberance) is conducted every year and the tech fest(Techfiesta) is also conducted. There are also different clubs available for everyone to participate in. Sports facilities are also available in the hostel as well as in the college. There are gyms and tracks too.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility is good. The meal is good as compared. The food differs from hostel to hostel. The cooks are what make the difference. Hostel 2 is best whereas the other two hostels 1&3 lack somewhere.

Hostel Fee: INR 30000 per year

Admission

12th passed and applied for JEE Mains Exam. The JEE Mains applications can be found online. Application fees were 200/- ig and the dates are not fixed because it depends on the NTA when to conduct the exams every year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

A Complete Review of KIIT University from a Student's View

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

An Honest Look at Life and Learning at CV Raman Global University

Placement Experience:

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

Placement Experience:

So from 7th semester plcements are starting.Various Tech and Non Tech companies are also coming like TCS ,Accenture, Cognizant, Delloitte, InfoSys, KFinTech, Incture, GyanSys, Iserveu for Tech branches. and PRADAN, Aditya Birla etc for Non tech branches. Students also getting offers from OffCampus like RedHat ,CISCO ,Amazon ,Google. From On Campus Highest Package goes upto 12 to 15LPA and lowest is 4.5 but average is 5 to 6 LPA which is comperable. And about almost all are who are opting for placements got placed eventually.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester the students get eligible for company placement. There are huge companies visited every year for the placement and many big MNCs like Amazon offers 100seats , Wipro offers 200, detollite offers 100, microsoft offers 10, ITC offers 150 , Infosys offers 300, TCS offers 200, Flipkart offers 150 and many more . Every year almost 80% of the students get placed at a good company with a minimum of 4 lakhs . After getting the degree I am planning to get placed in a multi national company like Amazon or Microsoft

Placement Experience:

Placements are ok but majority of the placement are for the IT and Cse sectors, but there are some core companies which offers a good packages. Around 40-50 % students pare placed in the companies and more over most of the students are up for the higher studies and cracking GATE exam.

See basically you placement depends on you .If you work hard you will get placed with a good package.In our college last year the avg package for CSE was around 13 Lakh per annum and highest was about 39 lakh per annum.Companies like Amazon,oracle Microsoft etc visited our college .After 4 th or 5 th semester i Think we are all capable of getting placed .

Parala Maharaja Engineering College BERHAMPUR is a very good college for B.Tech in the branch like civil and electrical. I opt for civil because I have a interest in civil engineering. The college has a better infrastructure and better faculty in civil that’s why I chose civil and this college has better infrastructure than other colleges like Indira Gandhi institute of technology Sarang. It is a better place than what I have explored in this four year of my study. The faculties of civil engineering are very good. I opt for civil in this college because of the infrastructure that is better than the other colleges. The admission here is very simple. You have to submit the documents that you had uploaded at the time of counseling. No I don't apply any other colleges my first preference is this college which I got admission. I choose this college because it's nearby my home town and the low price of fees structure.
