I choose Computer Science and Engineering because it is the best branch in the field of engineering and is mostly in demand by every product-based company and in many IT sectors. Computer Science and Engineering is the best branch in this college and most of the students from this branch get better placements in the best companies like TCS, Wipro, Hexaview Technology, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Bajaj, etc. There are four branches in the Faculty of Engineering and Technology. In every branch, there are 120 students. There are about 30 faculty members handling all the branches. The ratio between the faculty and students is 1:4. Faculty members are highly qualified with more than 10 years of experience in teaching and most of them are PhD holders, MTech, and BTech qualified. Faculty members help students in every aspect of the fields of study, innovation, project making, placement preparation, etc. Term exams are conducted twice a year with sessional exams also and these are not difficult if you study

Hexaview Technology is a company which provide internship with 15000 rupees as a stipend, where you can get the internship. BHEL also provides internships with 10000 rupees as a stipend and many more. Projects like managing Software testing, software development, data management, data analysis, etc.

From the seventh semester onwards the companies start coming to the college for pre-placement. About 30 percent of students are placed in the seventh semester. In the eighth semester, most of the students are placed. The average package for the CSE branch is 7 lakhs per year. Many companies like Wipro, TCS, Infosys, and Hexaview Technology hire students as Software Engineers or Application developers. 80 per cent of students are placed every year. My plan after getting my degree is to get into a better company in the post of Software Engineer.

Every year the fees are the same i.e. 120000 rupees only with 320 rupees as medical insurance. For up to 4 years, the fees remain the same. If you come to a scholarship, then every SC and ST gets an 80 per cent scholarship from the college side. If your state provides financial educational loans, then this college easily accepts those loans. You can get an educational loan from the bank also by providing them bonafide certificate from the college side. College helps in getting placement in renowned companies like HCL, Wipro, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, and Bajaj. By getting into these companies you would get a stipend for 6 months on training period and then you will get the CTC payment.

Jangani is the annual fest which is celebrated every year, where tech fare along with amusements, enjoyments and project showcases is also done. It is conducted in the month of July or in September every year. Also, various Tech fests are conducted by sponsored companies and different colleges There are two libraries in the college, one is for technical studies only. Another one is the Central Library where bundles of books are available. NDLI is also associated with college, virtually you can also get books in soft copy format. In the classroom, a Smartboard is there, where you can get smart knowledge. Computers are there in various labs, and software and hardware kits are also there. All the classrooms are well-ventilated. Every year sports and extracurricular activities like painting, debate, crickets, football, dancing, singing, gaming competitions, etc occur. Charabanc Clubs is there for painting, singing, etc. NSS Club for social service to society. GDSC which is for the students.

In the hostel the rooms are large spacious with well ventilation. There are 3 beds with 3 tables and 3 chairs. There are 3 Almirahs for keeping the belongings. There is also wifi connection for 24 hours. Meal is quite good and delicious. In a day students are provides with 3 times meal and 1 time snacks with milk. Registration is done online by filling the form for the hostel at the website of college. Bahadrabad is the area where most of the students reside, if they do not get the hostel. Some students live near Jawalapur.These are the localities where you can get the room or PG.

Eligibility of course: Candidates have Passed Intermediate (10+2) or Equivalent Examination with 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD) or As per eligibility decided by JOSAA/CSAB. To find the application form, application fees and application dates: You can appear in the JEE Mains entrance examination, conducted every year and if your Jee Mains marks match the marks required for getting admission, you will be allotted a seat through JOSSA or CSAB counselling. Or you can apply through GKV's official website www.gkv.ac.in, where you can apply if vacant seats are available in any course. Application fees are not required, Jee Mains's result is enough for getting admission via counselling. Usually, the application dates are released after the results of Jee Mains and the dates are shown on the official site of JOSSA. Reservation benefits: On the basis of reservation, students get benefits in allotment in the college through JOSSA and CSAB councelling. The reservation also helps in providing fee waivers while studying.
