NIT Review

There are different kinds of teachers most teach very well, some are very strict, and some very lenient. The main thing to notice is that the atmosphere for study is perfect, those who want to study can study very well college provides all the facilities for a good study, it depends on you because there is a student who got the 1 Crore package and then those who didn't even get placed.

There are placements in college, very reputed companies like Google, etc. Also come to college, even if you do not get placed but study well you will get placed off campus because NITs carry some weight with your degree, if you study well you will surely get placed.

Fees are a little expensive but very affordable when compared to top private institutes, But if you belong to an economically weaker section i.e. family income below 5lac or 1lac then your fees are much less nearly 15k per semester. Placements depend on you, NIT is one of the top colleges in India, if you study well you will get a placement in a very good company and if you dont then even IITS can't get you any placement.

Campus life is good, there are trees everywhere and good infrastructure that you will enjoy, sports facilities are provided you can be part of any sport, you want that is amazing for sports enthusiasts, there are clubs and societies which carry credit points but you can leave them if you think you can utilize your time better.

Food in my hostel H4 is a very good infrastructure of some hostels are old but satisfactory some hostels are new with very good infrastructure, overall hostels are very good, also you get 1 seater room except 1st year.

You need to appear for JEE Mains and then appear in JOSSA or CSAB counseling, and fill in choices for colleges, keep the college that you want admission at the top, If you don't get a seat in JOSSA rounds keep an eye on CSAB rounds, you can avail reservations also if you belong to SC/ST/OBC category also there's reservation for Home State students don't forget reservation for female.
