Course Curriculum Overview
I chose mechanical engineering bcz I love machines and also my rank in jee mains was not good.so I got to this college. if I talk about the faculty, it is very good. There are 3 teachers who teach a single subject. There are also tutorial classes, where we can ask our doubts. Some are professors, and some are Ph.D. qualified. but they have good knowledge about the subject. There are two mid-sem and one end-sem exam conducted by the college. There is no difficulty in passing exams if we study timely.
Internships Opportunities
There are many companies that come for internships. But I am in 3rd semester so I do not apply for any internship. This year the internship program is closed for the 3 rd year student. So we can not apply for an internship. We can apply for online internships.
Placement Experience
From 6 th semester students are eligible for campus placement. There are many companies visiting the campus bcz it is not far from Delhi. Microsoft, Mahindra, Suzuki, and Intel are famous companies that visit the campus. 80 to 90 percent of students get placed in every branch. The highest package of the mechanical branch is 35 lakh and the average is 10 lakh.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is very simple. 62500 is a fee per semester. There are many scholarships provided by the Institute. If any student's income is less than 1 lakhs then he gets a full scholarship. Between 1 to 5 lakh income, he gets a 75 percent scholarship.
Campus Life
There are many annual fest like Holi, Janmashtami, and many more. Autocriti, techspardha organized every year where student can show their talent. There are many sports activities on the sports grounds. There are many clubs like SAEechs, mhoc, etc.
Hostel Facilities
The room is average. But it is OK for one student. The Wi-Fi LAN facility is available in every room. The mess menu is average. the hostel registration process is very simple. The hostel is inside the college campus. Not very far from classes.
Admission
Yes, there is an entrance exam jee mains for admission to this college. if I talk about cut off it is 44000 for OBC NCL. There is also a reservation for ST, SC, and pwd candidates. full fees will be covered by the college. NIT KURUKSHETRA has its own its official website, where you can find any information regarding admission. No, I don't want any improvement in the admission process,bcz it is very smooth.
