NIT Kurukshetra College Review

Since then, I have chosen Electrical Engineering. There is no specific reason to choose this branch. But if you ask me then I would say that placements are quite good in this department in my college. Teachers have almost 25 years of experience in my department. They all are good.

Microsoft company gives internships to many students here. Many of them placed got a good stipend. You need to make the project work in Web Development and Python and other languages too. They will help you shortlist for the internship easily.

Students are eligible for Campus placement in the last year. Also, most every big company visits our college like Google, Microsoft, Adobe, etc. The highest Package of college is around 1 crore or more and the average package is 16 lakh. Around 90% of students got placed in campus placement.

In the first semester, you have to pay more fees as compared to the other semester. Because, at the time of admission, every college asks for a security fee of around 30k. Thereafter every semester you need to pay around 75 -80k for the institute fee and 35k for a hostel. You can get a concession in tution fees if you belong to economically weaker sections or from a reserved category.

There are two annual festivals which our college conducts. First is Confluence which is a cultural fest and held in October. Another fest is Techspardha which is a technical fest of our college. It is conducted in January. Books are available in the library.

The hostel Room is quite good. In the first year, all students get a triple sharing room. Each one has a separate cuboid, bed chair, and connected table. Each room has Three LAN ports. Mess food is also good, There is a mess committee of students which decides the menu according to the demand of all students. There is no PG near our college.

To get admission to NIT Kurukshetra, You need a good percentile around 98 or above in the JEE Mains exam. Details of the Application form, fee, and date are available on the NTA JEE Website.
