Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because of a keen intrest in mechanics and how things work. The course structure is really intriguing with great lab equipment and teachers are highly qualified. Its easy to pass in exams provided one atleasts study a day or two before exams

Internship opportunities are really great with many able to get ppo's. The company providing internships are also really big like jain street google microsoft etc. It solely depends on individual how one does wanna excel in which field and get the internship opportunities there. The placement cell of IIT guwahati really helps everyone through these processes and tell what to do further.
Placement Experience
The placements are really nice with highest packege af 1.4 cr and avg package of 30 lpa the college secures 6th postion all over india in placement statistics. Google Microsoft and above all Jain street etc are among few major comapnies . The college carries a large variety and band of companies with is with 80% placement ratio

The fee course is structered in an excellent manner. It's really cheap and considerable compared to what one might have to give in a private institution. Above all there are many fee waiver benefits an individual could avail by qualifying required criteria
Campus Life
Life at campus is really nice. The campus is lush green dripping with natural beauty and extravagance surrounds the campus. There are lot of opportunities one gets here with diffrent clubs on board kepping an individual on toes. A great big library providing all necessary books and a big campus with all sport facilities and medical benifits. The campus to summarize keeps a part of your soul with it.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are great with gym, sports, stationary and canteen facilities all in it. Mess food is really nice and healthy and the rooms are clean. Regular cleaners are avilable for cleaning and sanitation. Obviously its not your home and you can not get comfort like it but you can manage to make it like home.
Admission
For getting into IIT one should go through two entrance examinations namely JEE MAINS and then JEE ADVANCED. A qualifying cutoff is required in mains to be elgible for appearing in advanced and in advanced one has to clear subject wise as well as total cutoff to qualify the exam. Rest the admissions are given solely based on ranks and the choice an individual makes while choosing college during counseling
