IITs, why The best!

I chose Mathematics and Computing course in IITG, because of my keen interest in Finance world. Also this course provides a blend of Mathematics, Computing and Finance courses. Faculties are good, with really high level of educational qualifications . Faculty to student ratio is 1:16

Intership opportunities are provided by the Institute after the end of 4th semester. Companies coming for hiring interns includes google, quadeye, jp morgan, alpha greek, many startups, etc. Students are made to learn the required skills for getting an internship by their seniors, friends and help from the department of Institute.

On campus placements are provided after 6th or 7th semester. The companies coming include Google, Microsoft, JP Morgan, Goldman Sach, Rubrik, Oracle etc. Higest package 2.4 Cr , aevrage package 21 lakh. Around 95% students get placed. Rest go for higher studies or entrepreneurship. My plan is to get a job first then do specialisation in a filed, which i feel to have a high value in the future markets.

The tuition fee is around 1 lakh, per semester[total 8 semesters]. Students with family income less than 5 lakh, are provided with 2/3rd scholarship that is around 66.67% scholarship on tuition fee. Relaince scholarship notification was also provided by the Institute

Techniche is the annual technical fest of IITG , conducted in aug-sep . Alcheringa is the annual cultural fest , conducted in Feb-March. Library is a sea of books, having books of every subject, magazines and other literature stuff is also there.There are many clubs in IITG . For ex- Coding , Finance and economics, Consultancy and analytics,E-Cell, Sports club of every sport. Cultural clubs are also there . Also Social well being clubs are their eg. Saathi club

Hostel facilities are all great. We just fill like home. Water [cold,normal,hot] , Canteen, Juice center, Gym, Music Room,Sports room, Library and Mess services are provided. Meals are three: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. Food is good , also the menu changes every month. Hostels were alloted to us by the Institute. The cost is around 40000, per semester

I gave Jee main and Jee adv exams. For eligibility for jee adv , you need to clear jee main cut off, then also have 75% above in cbse boards . By scoring in Jee adv , you get to chose any IIT , based on your rank. I had Gen ews reservation. Jee Main is conducted by NTA and Jee adv By Jab.
