Rudra's first moments at IITG

I chose IIT Guwahati MnC bcz one has a lot more fields as option for career in this branch. Moreover, the Placement Stats in our college are nice in this branch Faculties here are very experienced and highly qualified Except a few, most of the faculties are very supportive towards the students... They always try to keep most of the class studs interested in lectures.... Many of them are researchers and PhDs in their respective fields. The curriculum here is not as hectic as that of JEE pressure But yeah there will be a pressure if u don't take acads seriously In each semester , we have quizzes, midterm and then endterms. We get more than enough time to prepare for them.

Internship season starts after the 4th semester in our college. A student of Undergraduate Degree in Engineering (BE/BTech), appearing in sixth semester (or third year) may contact through email for summer internship. Also, a student should apply formally by filling attached form in hard copy and send it as per the instructions given in the form. Major recruiters include Larsen & Toubro Ltd, Schlumberger, Piramal, TVS R&D and GAIL, etc.

After 6th sem , students start getting pre placement offers IIT Guwahati's phase 1 placement drive saw 919 offers being made, with the highest international package being INR 2.4 crore per annum and the highest domestic package being INR 1.1 crore per annum. The highest PPO package offered was INR 1.2 crore per annum. On day one, 168 offers were made by 46 companies, including 2 international offers. The average package offered during IIT Guwahati's BTech CSE placements 2023 stood at INR 41 LPA. My plan is to get a job with handsome package and However being interested in entrepreneurship

The tuition fees for each sem is 1 lakh rupees And rest hostel ,mess and medical fees adds up to total of about 42000 per sem Hence for each sem we have 142000rs as total fees. education may apply for assistance under.

Our campus is spread upto 700 acres, with greenery all over inside it... There is also a viewpoint here kind of a hiking spot Campus Life is just awesome We r provided with all facilities and food is tasty as well as healthy... A central library is also there in which almost all types of books are there Coming to extra curriculars, our college has clubs like cricket, football, volleyball, technical clubs, cultural clubs etc. Classrooms are well equipped with good seats, biometric attendance system, smart board and black board

My hostel is Manas Here , we have one chair, one table, a bed, an almira and LAN Connectivity.... Manas mess is the best mess in iitg Food is very tasty as well as made with very carefulness and so, healthy too... Hostel registration occurs right with the document verification at the time admission day....

Cutoff rank in JEE Advanced for IIT Guwahati MnC usually remains under 1500 Also, The Candidate should have his 12th percentage more than 75% The Link for Application for jossaa counseling is released soon after the declaration of jee adv result. The counselling consists of 6 rounds There is a fee of 40000rs(Gen.) And 20000rs(SC/ST) for the counselling process... In these rounds, A Candidate has 3 options - 1st- Freeze(candidate finally locks his obtained seat)
