Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course as it is the most demanding in the world of tech right now and hopefully in the future too. And also I have a very keen interest in the tech field and this course gives me all I need about tech and computers. We have a high faculty-to-student ratio and the qualification of the faculty is very good that they are the best in their field. There will be 3 exams midterm, ends, and minor one each and it all sums up to 100 marks and the results were given in the form of a relatively graded CGPA.
Internships Opportunities
There are many multinational companies like Amazon, IBM, Mera, and many more that offer good internships and stipends. We can do any project on anything. There are projects like drone making, Cyber Security, Computer software development, etc.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for campus placement from the 7 th semester and that is the fourth year and internships are allowed from 5 th semester in the college. Companies visited include Google, Amazon, Accenture, Atlassian, etc. The highest package recorded by ACC to last year was 80 lakhs per annum. And the average package is 14.39 Lpa. Almost 80-85% of students get placed in campus placements. My plans after getting a degree include woking in a top company for 1-2 years and then with my experience, I would like to grow in the tech field and develop my own company.
Fees and Financial Aid
As it is completely driven by the central government of India we have very less or even no fee hike in the college. And the hostel fee is constant throughout the college life. The college doesn't provide any scholarships but we are eligible for almost any scholarship provided by the government and some other private companies like FFE, Reliance Scholarship, etc.
Campus Life
The annual fest is the best thing that happens at the college it would be complete fun. We have a fest in February one in August and one in November. The Library is full of resources and we have great resources for us available to us. The classroom contains all the basic amenities. The campus has around 30 different clubs and societies. The e-cell and Think India are the national organizations run in the college. There is a cricket ground, a football ground, a basketball court, a volleyball court, and some place for other outdoor games. Also, there is a sports complex for indoor games and a special building for badminton Known as "STUDENTS ACTIVITY CENTER - SAC".
Hostel Facilities
The hostels are a bit nasty and also a bit out of facilities but the whole is bearable. We have 10 hostels for boys and 4 for girls and we have decent internet facilities. The hostels are allotted by the officials according to the marks and CGPA we get. The meals taste enough for North Indian people but for South Indians peotration process will be a little bit easier and time at the same time, the senior students will help you with that so no worries. There are no houses nearby so we can't rent a house.ple it will be a problem with lunch and the menu is that we get nonveg for 5 days a week.
Admission
The eligibility of the course is Jee's main percentile/rank. The exam is conducted 2-4 times a year and you can find the application form for it on jee official website. It is an easy exam to crack but it looks like it is so tough. The reservation provides great benefits according to the rank. Reservation plays a crucial role in the admission and selection of courses for the college. The exam costs around 1000. 1800 for OBC and general. I think that the admission process is quite good and I hope it will be without reservation in about some years. It is only what I hope for.
